The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was great but I didn't take advantage of the kitchen as I was only there for two nights. The exercise room could use some updating, there were two treadmills, an elliptical, and a small free weight set. A equipe foi atenciosa e cortês. Inexpensive, decent location, large (clean) rooms. This property feels newer than it is, outside of the outdoor entrances to the rooms. I was impressed by the granite counters in the rooms and the sheer size of our standard studio room. It was bigger than several apartments I've had in my life! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or enjoy the evening reception.Breakfast was average.My only cautionary word of advice is to beware the pullout sleeper sofa--it lives the stereotype of uncomfortable foldout beds! O nosso quarto era confortável (a poltrona poderia ter utilizado substituição embora), mas o que fez a nossa estadia memorável foi a jovem senhora na recepção, Rebekah. Maravilhosa jovem. A pousada tinha acabado de biscoitos de chocolate e meu marido tem um dente doce terrível. Esta jovem senhora eo resto da equipe garantiu que o meu marido ficou mais do que justo partilha de cookies. Ela também foi cortês o suficiente para nos perguntar como foi o nosso dia e recordar o que tínhamos visitado naquele dia (NASA). Que ela se preocupa o suficiente para lembrar o que todos nós viajantes estão fazendo é um toque agradável para a nossa estadia na pousada. Muito memorável jovem senhora. Se nossas viagens nos levar de volta a Houston, ficaríamos no Residence Inn novamente, apenas para visitar Rebekah !!

Equipe amigável sempre e ótimo serviço. O quarto era tamanho acolhedor e decente. O serviço de limpeza não reabastece os produtos de higiene pessoal nem aspira os pisos diariamente. Você tem que ter certeza que você pede para eles. O servir-se café-da-manhã quente de manhã também é bom.

Great estadia aqui, especialmente se você procura uma estadia prolongada. Os quartos eram limpos e as cozinhas eram bons. Nossa noite aqui estava quieta e o lugar inteiro parecia muito quieto. Além disso, o café da manhã foi super bom apenas como se tivéssemos lido em outros comentários. Melhor café-da-manhã do hotel que tivemos, batatas eram tão gostoso. Definitivamente seria melhor escolha se eu tivesse que ficar nesta área novamente!

Agora é o Sonesta! Um hotel muito agradável era e ainda é. Casas separadas, de dois andares. Existem casas com apenas quartos individuais, existem - com ocupação dupla. Cada quarto tem uma lareira (às vezes é aquecida em novembro-fevereiro) e um único sistema de ar condicionado (aquecimento / refrigeração). Café da manhã diariamente, jantar de terça a quinta.

Ótimo lugar para ficar. Eles têm uma lista maravilhosa de comodidades que atenderão às suas necessidades. A equipe é muito courteus, profissional e ótimo para trabalhar. Os quartos são muito limpos. É muito bom ter uma noite maravilhosa de sono quando você está longe de casa. Os travesseiros são de muito boa qualidade! As folhas são de excelente qualidade percal e muito côncava. O ar funciona muito bem! Não há nada que estava fora do lugar ou prejudicou a minha estadia. O preço era muito razoável. Eu fiquei em uma suíte king por apenas US $ 89.

Teve um adorável duas noites aqui com a família. Acomodação maravilhosa, tão limpa e bem mantida. Houve uma boa escolha de itens de café-da-manhã que foram todos frescos e saboroso. Instalações também foram excelentes. Não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

Gran lugar para quedarse. Tienen una maravillosa lista de servicios que satisfarán sus necesidades. El personal es muy amable, profesional y excelente para trabajar. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Es muy agradable tener un sueño maravilloso cuando estás lejos de casa. Las almohadas son de muy buena calidad! Las láminas son de excelente calidad percal y muy ceiap. El aire funciona muy bien! No hay nada que esté fuera de lugar o que reste valor a mi estancia. El precio era muy razonable. Me alojé en una suite king por solo $ 89.

¡Ahora es Sonesta! Hotel muy agradable fue y sigue siendo así. Casas separadas, de dos pisos. Hay casas con solo habitaciones individuales, hay - con ocupación doble. Cada habitación tiene una chimenea (a veces nos ahogamos en noviembre-febrero) y un solo sistema de aire acondicionado (calefacción / refrigeración). Desayuno todos los días, cena de martes a jueves.

Tuvimos una encantadora estancia de dos noches aquí con la familia. Maravilloso alojamiento, muy limpio y bien mantenido. Había una buena selección de artículos de desayuno que eran frescos y sabrosos. Las instalaciones también eran excelentes. No dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí.

Great place to stay. They have a wonderful list of amenities that will fulfill your needs. The staff are very courteus, professional and great to work with. The rooms are very clean. It is very nice to have a wonderful nights sleep when you are away from home. The pillows are of a very good quality! The sheets are an excellent percale quality and very ceiap. The air works great! There's nothing that was out of place or detracted from my stay. The price was very reasonable. I stayed in a king suite for only $89.

I was not at all happy with the fact that if your room is in the first building where the lobby is at, there's only ONE handicapped parking spot, and it was already taken so I had to park way down on the end and hobble my crippled self all the way back to the front door. Then I had to go up a pretty long set of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Also the door lock on our door was very difficult to open and close. We told the Lobby about it when we were checking out, but I have a feeling that it won't get fixed.

Had a lovely two night stay here with the family. Wonderful accommodation, so clean and well maintained. There was a good choice of breakfast items which were all fresh and tasty. Facilities were also excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super hotel, rooms are actually converted apartments, very spacious, modern, well appointed with full kitchens. I left my laptop in my room after checking out and the staff went to FedEx that day to ship it to me. Very, very impressed.

Very comfortable! We were a group of three and our stay has been great! All the tools you need are available in the apartment for a pleasant vacation and not only! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices and restaurant very clean! Would stay again and also recommend!

Everything about this place was amazing! The place comes fully equipped with everything one would need in an apartment. In addition to delicious complimentary breakfast, there is also several opportunities for free food; Wednesdays the grill is fire up and burgers are served, Tuesdays are mix n mingle events with complimentary wine and appetizers. In addition, the pool is always clean, the gym's equipment is in top condition, and house keeping comes every other day. If you feel uneasy about using the glassware that's provided, then you can always wash them before use. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because nobody's is perfect and communication can sometimes be a small issue.

Personal amable siempre y excelente servicio. La habitación era acogedora y de un tamaño decente. El servicio de limpieza no rellena los artículos de tocador ni aspira el suelo a diario. Tienes que asegurarte de pedirles que lo hagan. Servirse el desayuno caliente por la mañana también es bueno.

Estupenda estancia aquí, especialmente si está buscando una estancia prolongada. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las cocinas eran agradables. Nuestra noche aquí fue tranquila y todo el lugar parecía muy tranquilo. Además, el desayuno era super bueno, como habíamos leído en otras críticas. El mejor desayuno de hotel que hemos tenido, las patatas estaban deliciosas. ¡Definitivamente sería la mejor opción si tuviera que quedarme en esta área nuevamente!

Friendly staff always and great service. The room was cozy and decent size. Housekeeping does not refill toiletries or vacuum the floors daily. You got to make sure you ask them to. The serve yourself hot breakfast in the morning is good too.

Great stay here, especially if you are looking for an extended stay. Rooms were clean and the kitchens were nice. Our night here was quiet and the entire place seemed very quiet. Also, the breakfast was super good just like we had read on other reviews. Best hotel breakfast we've had, potatoes were so yummy. Would definitely be top choice if I had to stay in this area again!

Nuestra habitación era cómoda (aunque el sillón podría haber sido reemplazado), pero lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera memorable fue la señorita de la recepción, Rebekah. Maravillosa jovencita A la posada se le acabaron las galletas de chispas de chocolate y mi marido tiene un diente dulce terrible. Esta joven y el resto del personal se aseguraron de que mi esposo recibiera su parte más que justa de galletas. Ella también fue lo suficientemente cortés como para preguntarnos cómo fue nuestro día y recordaría lo que habíamos visitado ese día (NASA). Que a ella le importe lo suficiente como para recordar lo que todos los viajeros estamos haciendo es un buen toque para nuestra estadía en la posada. Jovencita muy memorable. Our room was comfortable (the armchair could have used replacing though), but what made our stay memorable was the young lady at the front desk, Rebekah. Wonderful young lady. The inn had run out of chocolate chip cookies and my husband has a terrible sweet tooth. This young lady and the rest of the staff ensured that my husband got his more than fair share of cookies. She also was courteous enough to ask us how our day went and would recall what we had visited that day (NASA). That she cares enough to remember what all us travelersare doing is a nice touch to our stay at the inn. Very memorable young lady. Should our travels take us back to Houston, we would stay at the Residence Inn again, just to visit Rebekah!!
