“I love this place...they are always a life saver...I have stayed here in other states but this was my first time in Chicagoland area. Room was on par with the other states. Only issue was our door. It didn't lock when you closed it. So we took all our belongings with us to make sure nothing was stolen. I didn't like that but we arrived middle morning and maintenance and housekeepers aren't on staff at that time! No big deal”

“There was a dramatic change at this location. The exterior was due for a power wash. There were alot of guest with dogs and alot of smoking all over.I checked in early but my room was not ready until 6 pm. The pool was close and no continental breakfast. This was not my first stay at this location but I was fully disappointed.”
