“Então, fiz uma reserva pela Priceline nos EUA para a estadia da minha família em Zhengzhou para comemorar o aniversário dos meus primos. É tão perturbador que, embora a Priceline tenha declarado com café da manhã / almoço / jantar incluídos, quando eles fizeram o check-in disseram que não havia refeição nenhuma. No entanto, depois de várias ligações internacionais de Chicago, a gerente do Sofitel Miaomiao conseguiu resolver nosso problema para nossa satisfação e até fez o possível para garantir que o bolo de aniversário dos meus primos fosse entregue no quarto de graça também. “So I booked through Priceline in US for my family’s stay in Zhengzhou to celebrate my cousins birthday. It’s so upsetting that even though Priceline stated with breakfast/lunch/dinner included, when they checked in they said there is no meal at all. However after several international phone calls from Chicago, the manager of Sofitel Miaomiao was able to solve our problem to our satisfaction and She even went out of her way to make sure my cousins birthday cake will be delivered to the room for free too. Miaomiao is very helpful and pleasant. Very much appreciated! Thank you!
