So Paris delivers what I expekt from a SO (or Sofitel). Great service, lovely rooms, and fantastic breakfast. Also great views, and a good bar! Rooms are spacious, and spotless! Never tried the gym or the pool.

The worst customer service experience I have ever come across in th3 restaurant if this hotel . I have travelled extensively all over the world in many hotels over the last 35 years but have never bem spoken to or treated in the way I have today. ' dea' is the name of the employee. My compliant has been officially recorded amd sent in writing outlining the detail.

Classifico aqui o rooftop: os empregados são todos muito atenciosos, atentos aos pormenores, presentes mas discretos e elegantes. Isso não é mais tão comum em Paris, e eles se destacam particularmente. A vista é esplêndida, o cenário é visualmente muito apreciável: as cores, as linhas e até os banheiros ou a sala de fumantes têm charme! Tudo está lá para passar uma noite deliciosa, obrigado!

Lindo hotel, a vista é incrível, poucos prédios em Paris podem se gabar de uma vista tão bonita.A suíte é boa, embora bastante pequena, mesmo se estivermos em Paris. O serviço do hotel é agradável e disponível.Preço um pouco alto na minha opinião.

We are fans of So/ so decided to try it out. And the overall experience was great! We loved the modern, functional and stylish room. Every staff member from the reception to the bar/restaurant was so friendly and always motivated to serve!!! The bonnie restaurant and bar offer such a stunning panorama view over Paris! One thing we were disappointed about was the swimming pool which did not offer towels and lockers have so much dust inside. Overall we loved our stay. Will come back again! Somos fãs de So/ então decidimos experimentá-lo. E a experiência geral foi ótima! Adoramos o quarto moderno, funcional e elegante. Todos os membros da equipe, desde a recepção até o bar / restaurante, foram muito simpáticos e sempre motivados a servir! ! ! O restaurante e bar bonnie oferece uma vista panorâmica deslumbrante sobre Paris! Uma coisa que ficamos desapontados foi a piscina que não oferece toalhas e armários têm tanta poeira dentro. No geral, adoramos a nossa estadia. Vai voltar novamente!

Nos encantó la habitación moderna, funcional y elegante. ¡Todos los miembros del personal, desde la recepción hasta el bar / restaurante, fueron muy amables y siempre motivados para servir! ¡El restaurante y bar bonnie ofrece una vista panorámica impresionante de París! Una cosa que nos decepcionó fue la piscina que no ofrecía toallas y los casilleros tenían tanto polvo adentro. En general, nos encantó nuestra estancia. ¡Volveré de nuevo!

Opinião subjetiva que não diz respeito ao serviço do hotel, mas apenas à sua aparência externa. Não entendo que tal projeto arquitetônico possa ser validado... mais uma cicatriz na bela face de Paris. Edifício sem charme, pouco atraente e sem respeito ao estilo parisiense, que domina todos os outros, e isso em um bairro antigo muito próximo às margens do Sena. Paris em breve deixará de ser Paris se continuarmos assim...

Um refúgio de paz no coração de Paris Excelente acolhimento e serviço no SO/ Paris. Todos os funcionários ajudaram a tornar a nossa estadia única e inesquecível. Um estilo descontraído, acolhedor mas cheio de profissionalismo. Os quartos são lindamente decorados e pedem descanso e relaxamento. A roupa de cama é excepcional, um cenário de penas em que você se deixa levar e que é realmente difícil de sair! A vista de Paris e seus monumentos é simplesmente magnífica! Um cenário perfeito para desfrutar de alguns dias em Paris.

Opinión subjetiva que no se refiere al servicio del hotel sino solo a su apariencia externa. No entiendo que un proyecto arquitectónico así pueda ser validado... otra cicatriz en el hermoso rostro de París. Edificio sin encanto, poco atractivo y sin respeto por el estilo parisino, que domina a todos los demás, y esto en un barrio antiguo muy cerca de las orillas del Sena. París pronto dejará de ser París si seguimos así...

Un remanso de paz en el corazón de París Excelente acogida y servicio en SO/ Paris. Todo el personal ayudó a que nuestra estancia fuera única e inolvidable. Un estilo relajado, cálido pero lleno de profesionalidad. Las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas y llaman al descanso y la relajación. La ropa de cama es excepcional, un ambiente de plumas en el que te dejas llevar y del que es muy difícil salir! ¡La vista de París y sus monumentos es simplemente magnífica! Un escenario perfecto para disfrutar de unos días en París.

Brand new hotel in an excellent location. Stunning rooms, well appointed, breathtaking views (in some of the larger rooms) abd friendly staff. Restaurant seems to be independed, the view hard to beat, great food and wine. The upper floor bar wasn‘t open yet. Close to Gare de Lyon, Bastille, Metro, Seine. A must-see place in Paris.

Ficamos no So/Paris e nos divertimos muito. Os serviços oferecidos são de qualidade excepcional, a equipe cuida muito bem dos clientes. O restaurante oferece uma vista espetacular tanto de dia quanto de noite (jantamos + café da manhã). Estamos no coração de Paris, mas permanecemos em uma bolha silenciosa. A qualidade da refeição (um pouco extra para as sobremesas!) Por fim, o quarto era fabuloso, um verdadeiro ninho aconchegante, a roupa de cama e os materiais são incríveis. Experiência para reviver!

Certamente este é o próximo melhor bar e restaurante com vista total de Paris na cidade e terraço ao ar livre. Design fabuloso, tão elegante e parisiense. Equipe incrível. Seguramente este es el siguiente mejor bar y restaurante con vista completa de París en la ciudad y terraza al aire libre. Nos alojamos en So/Paris y lo pasamos muy bien. Los servicios ofrecidos son de una calidad excepcional, el personal cuida mucho a los clientes. El restaurante ofrece una vista espectacular tanto de día como de noche (cenamos + desayuno). Estamos en el corazón de París, pero permanecemos en una burbuja tranquila. ¡La calidad de la comida (¡un poco más para los postres!) está ahí! Finalmente, la habitación era fabulosa, un verdadero nido acogedor, la ropa de cama y los materiales son increíbles. ¡Experiencia para revivir!

This is the hotel Paris has been missing! It’s a gamechanger. The rooms are stunning, everything has been well thought-out; most of the beverages are included in the room rate (finally - why don’t more hotels do this already?!)The entire experience from the elevators down to the simple controls in the shower is really next-level.The TV is chrome cast ready - you can flip your Netflix on from your phone and voila - it’s ok TV wirelessly. They have Japanese toilets equipped in the rooms; best thing ever made obviously.The view - a city like Paris is too beautiful to busy be seen from the street up; the vantage points from the hotel are made for photos - you’ll see Paris from the what might as well be the top of a lighthouse.I can’t recommend this hotel enough & I also can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Paris.
