“Mientras que las camas son cómodas y la habitación está limpia. La razón principal por la que reservamos este hotel es por la piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi. Las imágenes muestran que tienen una piscina cubierta. El MAPA EN EL LIBRO DE HABITACIONES DEL HOTEL muestra que tienen piscina, pero no la tienen. Cuando bajamos a buscar dicha piscina después de que no pudimos ubicarla, le pregunté a la recepción dónde estaba, ella respondió con el hecho de que no había una. Eso debería haber llamado a la recepción. Ummmmm ¿por qué? El mapa del hotel me muestra adónde ir.”

“El baño no se limpió correctamente, así que hice mi rutina normal y lo rocié. Esperamos más de 3 horas a que alguien viniera y arreglara el televisor que nunca hicieron, cuando solicité tener otra habitación, me dijeron que tendrían que contactar a su gerente porque nos registramos a las 2:25 y solicité otra habitación a las 6: 00 para que no pudieran cambiar de habitación hasta que hablen con un gerente. Sin embargo, informamos a las 3:20 que la televisión no funcionaba y después de varias veces nadie vino. No estaba nada contento con el servicio. Nunca volveré a usar este tipo de hotel. Preferiría gastar mucho dinero para alojarme cómodamente en un hotel de 5 estrellas.”
