“Unless you don’t plan on being in your hotel at all and don’t mind a trashy hotel this is the place for you. The place is so out of date and need a major renovation. Trust me the pictures are nothing like the hotel you’re going to get staying here so please don’t be fooled. Notice they didn’t post a picture of the bathroom in any of the photos.The bathroom is so small only one person can fit in at a time. There is only a stand up shower that’s also small almost too small for one person. My first room had bugs in the room, but Mrs. Sabrina(the best the experience I had at the hotel such sweet woman) moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the hotel need a major upgrade because the person who stayed above me shower leaked into my shower( I know disgusting right). The person was moved luckily but still that should not have been an issue. I definitely recommend wearing shoes in the shower and on the carpet. I can tell the floors don’t get vacuumed or shampooed enough to be able to walk on even with socks. The rooms may say no smoking but they smell like smoke. This place was just a huge no for me.”

“I was put up at the Sleep Inn by my airline after missing my connecting flight d/t airline issues. Let me say that I had started my experience very teary because I just wanted to get home! Sabrina at the front desk was so kind when she answered to phone, and when I arrived she was just as wonderful: kind, empathetic, and positive. The entrance and hallways look "iffy," but the room was wonderful: clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. I looked up the prices on this place and was surprised at the affordability. I wish that I could have stayed in bed, and wish I'd had an opportunity to try the breakfast, but I had to be up at 3am to return to the airport. So, for all four hours that I had for sleep, it was great! This place was a silver lining in travel my travel fiasco. I would absolutely pay to stay here if I were to visit Charlotte!”
