“The room was gorgeous, great city views. The check in process was a bit hectic (very small lobby) but service was top notch. The only downside I found was that there was no gym.”

“The hotel is well located and stylishly furnished to a high standard. The reception was also friendly and efficient. However, the windows are very poorly insulated, so you can hardly sleep, especially on weekends when people are partying on Gran Via. In addition, there is the traffic, the honking cars and the audible traffic light signals, which rob you of sleep. In this respect, this hotel cannot compete with others in the NH Collection chain.”
