“El hotel está muy bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas y bien arregladas. El personal muy atento y muy amable a excepción de la señorita de reservaciones de restaurante, era de Ucrania me parece, muy mala atención de su parte. La alberca super bien y el equipo de animación siempre tratando de que la pases bien. Tengo que decir que en la calidad de alimentos tienen 2 estrellas. Los chilaquiles del desayuno están terribles, el café bde restaurante pésimo, y la carne del restaurante de especialidades Brazil de muy baja calidad (confirmado por el mismo mesero). La cancha de tenis está en ruinas y el staff del masaje no deja de molestarte para que tomes uno en el spa. Creo por la pandemia tuvieron que bajar costos y es comprensible, es por eso que le doy 4 estrellas en vez de 3. Realmente se esforzaron en qué la pasemos bien. Si llegan a mejorar los alimentos se llevan las 5 estrellas.”

“I'd say this place is almost like a bucket list type place. maybe I don't get out much but it's a cool place to put it mildly. any ultra polished resort is a dime a dozen in Mexico. this place has much more to offer although the rooms are not very modern in many cases. I'd say room buildings 1-9 are better than the other 70 buildings or so that seem older and outdated. but who cares? who hangs out in the room anyway, and our air conditioning was way impressive as I love it cold when i sleep. but the monkeys are out near or behind the lobby every morning seemingly along with peacocks and other raccoon type animals, so that's super cool. the water park is even exciting for adults like me with nice sized drops. go there! just do it! trust me, for the price you won't be disappointed. the hibachi restaurant is the best restaurant on site.”
