“I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! We booked a swim out room for the adults only portion of the resort, Hideaway, and it was just as pictured and described online! Henry, the bartender at the Hideaway pool truly made our experience top notch. All the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. The resort was clean, accommodating and the food was much better than anticipated. This will certainly be a yearly trip for us to go on and can’t wait to book again!”

“Muy buena comida e instalaciones muy completas y diversas. El servicio es bueno, pero si no eres extranjero se notará la diferencia en el trato del personal del hotel. Aún con todo incluído la exigencia de propina es evidente para que consideren llevar dinero si quieren recibir un mejor trato. Considerar que el complejo está retirado, por lo que viajar en taxi hacia otros lugares costará más de 1,000 pesos por cada viaje redondo.”
