“Quem reclama é uma Karen, este hotel é MARAVILHOSO. A equipe é SUPER amigável. Meu quarto não estava pronto às 16h, o que foi péssimo depois de dirigir 18 horas direto, mas Kaspian na recepção se certificou de que eu estava confortável enquanto esperava. Ela me trouxe um pouco de vinho, ofereceu lanches, ligou para a arrumação para pegar um eta e olhou para ver se havia outros quartos disponíveis para me mudar para que eu pudesse descansar. Kaspian também me ajudou a fazer reservas para o jantar em um bistrô italiano muito agradável e se ofereceu para me levar até lá.
