“The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very, very nice. We ate at all of the dining options and the food was excellent. The Pictura bar is fun, friendly and has truly great bartenders. The only negative was The Palm. Most of the older male servers there are a little aloof. For example, we had dinner there one night and were seated at 8 o’clock, which is early in Spain so we were the only ones there. Two of the servers walked by multiple times without acknowledging us. When we finally stopped someone, it was not clear whether we could order a drink before dinner or not. Things finally worked out when a server we had from lunch stopped by and helped our. After that, the meal and wine were delicious. It’s almost like they are trying too hard to be fancy to the detriment of their customers.”

“Pretty much the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms and every detail is just perfect.
Very spacious lobby and breakfast area with lots of light. It’s the perfect mix of classic and modern.
Location is great a block from return park and main museums but also if you are more local I’d recommend as it’s walking distance to many great restaurants.”
