Me and my family (with 2 kids) lived here for a while as part of our relocation trip to US. This hotel (building) itself is been a while, 20+ yrs, though I would say it's maintained well. I like the ambient of the hotel, gym, heated pool, and plenty of parking spots. Free (simple) breakfast are provided everyday too. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful all the time (understanding my situation amd needs, not to be mentioned detail here), anyway they're professional. Location is great, just next to Bell Rd., easy access to freeway, and towncentre, plenty options of foods and groceries as well nearby! I'm glad that I had chosen this Residence Inn. Peoria/Glendale.

Termite and mold infested. Came here late because I had an electrical fire in my house and my insurance set us up to come here. It was very late and we were exhausted the next morning we left because of mold and active termites. The company dealing with the hotel tried to help us but Debra from the front desk said they could not let us out of the room because we didn’t check out on time and she also could not switch our rooms because they were “sold out” however I called the hotel anonymously to see if there were any rooms and come to find out there were rooms available. So they lied to us about switching us to a pest free room. Needless to say we did not return even though they plan to still charge us. We’re at the Hampton next door and they are much better. Don’t waste your time or money at this dump! Not to mention Debra is an unprofessional bitter employee who should find line of work outside of hospitality!

If you stay near the pool, it is very noisy. But after 2200 it gets quiet. Very clean rooms and comfortable. Bring your own food and you can cook in the room. It has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Some rooms have a bedroom, living room and Kitchen. Other rooms are studios. Close to fast food restaurants and Target.

Came with and stayed with a long time friends this trip. Great to know the property has their renovation coming up towards the end of the year. Staff are attentive, helpful, professional and do a wonderful job. No other hotel I have been to can quite compare to the high quality of service from the staff at this property. The rooms are clean and spacious, despite being a little dated. Rooms show their age but have held up well. They are comfortable and roomy. Rooms and amenities here beat the majority in the area. Breakfast options could be better but Marriott make the choices based on their research. I heard that this location is bringing back scrambled eggs and sausage. Good call! Keep up the good work. Employees here clearly put in 110%. Always on their feet during the day. Top Stuff, thanks.

Upon checking into my room tried and drained after waking up from a very tired crash... I noticed sunflower seeds on the floor beneath my desk after the came to the room to vacuum. 10 minutes later I notice dried suryup on the dining table in the room. They had to come back to the room to wipe down all the furniture. Also... when I went to turn on the tall lamp... it did not work. They check... it wasn't the bulb but the lamp itself was broken I'm assuming. As for the sleep... absolutely amazing. Best rest ever. Deeply needed.. Hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. This hotel is a restful environment. Lobby very clean as well. Would I stay here again... absolutely.
