“Please avoid at all costs, especially if you work for the government or military. I booked via phone to get the government rate since I was visiting to work for the Baltimore government. I could have checked in online but instead trusted the in person staff, which was a big mistake. I arrived late at night so the staff rudely said they would change my nightly rate because I did not have a government ID issued (it was the first time visiting so of course I did not have one as they needed to take my photo and go through the process the next day). They also did not disclose this prerequisite during booking. I wasted 6 hours to get this corrected. Never again”

“Very disappointed in this Marriott property! We had booked this specially for the pool since we had a reservation at another property and they called and said the pool was closed. So we cancelled that reservation and specifically called this property to enquire pool ws available and then booked it. We booked a 2 bed 2 bath suite with 2 toddlers who love swimming. But when we wanted to use the pool the next day it was closed and they said some issue. We could not use it for the entire duration of our stay. The manager said they would credit us with points worth one night but they did not. When i called after a month back to enquire about the points a lady rudely said on the fone that we just cant just give away a night wroth of points and said we could only do 5000 points and then hung up. Being marriott bonway members, totaly did not expect to be treated this way. Also the breakfast was not upto the mark, no bread or bagels were there and the pre-packed waffles were way too sweet. Not sure if its the property or the Marriott brand declining.”
