“Positives: The studio suite was very spacious with a comfortable sofa, large working table, and nice dining area. It is well equipped with cooking utensils and a nice kitchen. You can cook comfortably if you want. The room is large enough for a group of four. Even though the breakfast options are limited, you can take your food to your room to eat later. Brown envelopes and foil wraps provided make it easy to do so.
Negatives: The toilet was clogged, when I called to report it and I was asked to come and pick a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself! How awful. Housekeeping is not everyday. The towels and bedsheet are rough and old. It would have been better if the sheets were ironed. There was a thick cobweb by the entrance of the studio suit I stayed in. Cleaning is not properly done. Breakfast options limited.”

“Fiquei desapontado porque solicitei uma suíte de 2 quartos no térreo há mais de duas semanas, porque minha tia de 101 anos estava comigo. Eu tive que pegar uma suíte de 2 quartos no andar de cima e essa carne minha tia de 101 anos teve que subir todos os 15 + degraus. Ela fez isso, mas foi um pouco demais para ela. Eles me ofereceram dois estúdios no primeiro andar para nos separar, mas eu disse que não. Depois que eu peguei a suíte no andar de cima, minhas férias correram bem. Este lugar é muito bom, apenas desejava que eles fossem mais confortáveis para adultos mais velhos, especialmente se você solicitasse as acomodações com antecedência. O café da manhã estava delicioso. O quarto era ótimo, as camas eram muito confortáveis.”
