“I've stayed here several times in several different room types. They have a handful of suites that are really nice but pricey. The regular rooms are just that. They are small (I say that as someone with three little kids) but all you are doing is sleeping then they are adequate. They have a a kids pool and a bigger pool with a slide but they are very cold tho my kids always swim anyways. Hot tub is broken but had been for a long time, don't think there are plans to fix it. There is a restaurant on site and the one time I got food there it was good. The pizza place across the street (Broadway) is great. I gave it a 3 cause the prices have gone up quite a bit and it's an outdated version of what was once a nice hotel.”

“Immediately upon entering our room, we were dissatisfied. Right inside the entrance the room, the carpet had a large stain. The bathroom had clumps of hair laying in the sink. There was a massive cobweb in the corner of the room. The air conditioner was uncovered and had exposed wires and metal. Additionally, there was a man in the hotel walking around with a case of beer. Staff did not seem concerned about this behavior. We had called in advance to confirm that the pool and hot tub were open and were told they were. Upon arrival, we learned that both were closed. We felt very unsafe and dissatisfied with the state of things and canceled our stay without staying the night. The staff offered us a refund, but still charged us a $50 cleaning fee, which was a joke given how unclean the room was to begin with.”
