A primeira vez que vim aqui fiquei irritado com a falta de comunicação. Mas as pessoas são legais. O lado de fora é áspero, mas você pode dizer que eles estão trabalhando nisso. O interior / quartos são 180 completos do exterior. Super limpo e novo. Lá fora é difícil, mas dê uma chance. Você não vai se arrepender. Além disso, muitas histórias a curta distância.

The first time I came here I got annoyed at the lack of communication. But the people are nice. The outside is rough looking but you can tell that they are working on it. The inside/rooms are a complete 180 from the exterior. Super clean and new. Outside is rough but give it a chance. You won’t regret it. Also, many stories within walking distance.

Nunca usei, mas trabalhei como segurança uma vez, nosso segurança aliado trabalhador honesto, o trabalhador do hotel era muito responsável fazendo seu trabalho imediatamente, se os clientes chegassem eles respondiam rápido. Eles são sérios e bons.

O local está em construção, mas muito bom de qualquer maneira. Excelente banheira de hidromassagem. Preços acessíveis. Serviço fantástico. O único problema que alguns podem ter é a proximidade com a rodovia. Pode ficar alto se você preferir o silêncio. Não foi um problema para mim dormir com a televisão ligada. Oh sim! E a cama era tão confortável!

Never used , but work as security once , our Allied security honest hard worker, the hotel worker were very responsible doing there job right away , if customers arrived they respond fast . They serious and good.

The place is under construction but very nice regardless. Excellent spa tub. Affordable prices. Fantastic service. The only issue some might have is the proximity to the highway. It can get loud if you prefer the silence. It wasn't a problem for me being that I sleep with the tv on. Oh yeah! AND the bed was so comfy!

O atendimento ao cliente era muito pouco profissional. O hotel alegou ter minha reserva cancelada por mim mesmo, o que não era verdade e não fez absolutamente nada para me acomodar. AMBOS os funcionários, Sim e Lisa, foram rudes e pouco profissionais. Disseram que o gerente ligaria ou falaria comigo ao voltar para o hotel, apenas para descobrir que o gerente estava realmente de folga naquele dia. Eu não ficaria aqui em todo o mau atendimento ao cliente e equipe rude.

Eu tive uma ótima estadia lá. Trabalhadores limpos e muito agradáveis. Uma pequena sacola de café da manhã de graça. Ao lado do Walmart é uma vantagem. Haha

Customer service was very unprofessional. Hotel claimed to have my reservation canceled by myself which was untrue and did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. BOTH employees Sim and Lisa were rude unprofessional. I was lied to saying manger would call or talk to me upon coming back to hotel only to find out Manager was actually off that day. I wouldn’t stay here at all bad customer service and rude staff.

I called to make a reservation at 10:20 pm on 1/9/2021 and a guy answered really rude that why am I calling this late and started coursing at me because I asked him what he recommends near by. Supervisor has to check in on the people they hire.

Exterior is still under construction but the interior has a modern and esthetically pleasing look. Wasnt able to experience the morning breakfast but either way I would be pleased to spend another night.

Sitio correcto para pernoctar de camino a josemite. El problema es que llevan en obras tiempo y deja mella en el hotel, habitación muy amplia y remodelada y desayuno bastante copioso, desde Donuts del pan, muffins, yogurt, frutas, cereales, zumos
