“Very disappointed about this hotel. No hot water during the whole night. To be honest, the staff in this hotel is nice and helpful. But management communication is poor. After a long day outside, the kids like to have a hot Barth and I just want a hot water shower , but THERE IS NO HOT WATER at all. Can you imagine a five star hotel no hot water during Saturday’s night. The receptionist said there will be hot water again at 3pm and there should be a notice letter in our room. But there is no a piece of paper in our room. We call them to ask for a solution, wait 10mins no one get us a feedback. If I can rate 0 point, I will definitely give them the point. Shame on you!”

“We absolutely love the pool at Raffles but the last time we went, it was made exceptionally good because of Ravi behind the pool bar. He was very professional, polite, provided quick service and made great drinks! Thank you, Ravi, for a great overall experience!!”
