“Não se hóspede nesse hotel! O ar condicionado não funciona no hotel! O quarto estava 28 graus, muito, muito quente! Me sugeriram colocar um ventilador mas não resolveu! A internet toda hora não funciona ou fica lenta... Meu chuveiro passou um dia sem funcionar mau atendimento do gerente, rude Inaceitável! Estragou parte das minhas férias!”
