“A lot of building design failures, location is tremendous but design was cheep.
Very below standard as furniture and materials.
Even paintings and Antiques are truly cheep not matching Hayyat chain as I am a member.
Conference rooms and designs are also very poor, bad maintenance and cheep quality.
Surely is not 5 stars as overall, location and landscape is very good.”

“The cafe/menu bar needs to change their offerings.
Nice area to see the fountain, at times the fountain may not work. Just call the cafe before you go there, to see whether the Jeddah fountain works or not.
The food was utterly not edible and for the visitors from Dubai it was disappointing.
The customer service is poor. They don’t even bother to ask you if everything is okay, or pour your water for you.
I rather not go again. I’m not happy with this!”
