“I don't usually put such harsh opinions but hotel service crossed the line. I was charged 5€ for two rolls which I take with me from breakfast. Of course I was charged for breakfast as well. At restaurant I grabbed coffee and croissant and made myself 2 rolls to take them with me and eat them later. They treat me like a thief or I dunno. Even the front office manager told me that is forbidden, when I asked why, is it the hotel policy or what, she said it's not allowed to take anything with me. I slept in many hotels for last 5 weeks on my business trip and this one is the worst. Rooms are clean and comfy but this level of treatment is unacceptable. If it is such big a deal they should discuss first. Anyway I recommend to choose different hotel. I cancelled my stay here for longer and I'm moving to different one.”
