Hotel bien situado, habitacion extragrande, cama doble extrapequeña y con los muelles sonoros. El baño aceptablemente reformado, limpio. Poco mobiliario, no puedes deshacer maletas, mas que en el suelo o encima de la cama. Parket en suelo super mal tratado, puertas años 60 e insonorización pobre para una calle muy ruidosa. Terraza con vistas horrorosas y poca cosa mas.

La estancia en el hotel NH Luz de Huelva fue excelente. Desde que entras en recepción el entorno es muy agradable y el trato muy profesional. La habitación estaba genial, era muy cómoda y contaba con buenas vistas ya que el hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. El baño bastante amplio y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno servido muy variado y rico. Además cuentan con gimnasio. Repetiría sin duda.

Pues me pareció aceptable porque todo estupendo menos que no tienen aparcamiento suficiente(sòlo 14 plazas),y no tiene piscina.Que para ser un Hotel como es le falta esas dos cosas.

Todo un cuatro estrellas, situado en pleno centro de la ciudad capital de provincia de Huelva,todo esta al lado vamos k hasta la estación de renfe,. El corte inglés, ..., Las habitaciones muy cómodas y con lujos, minibar a precios muy buenos, servicio de maravilla, el buffet de restaurante todo muy bien aunk para un cuatro estrellas igual un algo mas le pondría. Las instalaciones muy limpias, k decir muy recomendable para un dia o varios.

Hotel in old town near tourist info and main Street which has loads of restaurants. Hotel itself was clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was okay but the same every day. Limited menu available in the evening and drinks very expensive.

This is supposed to be a NH 4 star hotel?! The restaurant is closed and no room service or mini bar available, even though the hotel description says 24h room service. We arrived after 34 hours on a boat, and booked this hotel because we wanted to sleep and get room service, but there was NO FOOD in the hotel. We had to walk through the city to find something. It’s also listed as parking included, but parking is NOT included. And it’s quite expensive. And only 14 places for 100 rooms. The rooms on the web looks much nicer than it actually is. I guess the photos had some good edits. It’s extremely poor Sound isolation, you can hear the neighbors talking through the walls. And with the window closed you can still hear the traffic outside, even on the 6th floor 👎🏼 The bed in the room is extremely small. And I hate cheap toilet paper

El hotel está bien situado pero tiene más de 100 habitaciones y solo 15 plazas de aparcamiento. Pagamos 25 € por llevar una mascota, cuando el precio medio son 15€. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha las habitaciones contiguas como si estuvieran durmiendo contigo. La atención muy buena y estaba bastantelimpio.

the room was larger than the average and has a balcony with a nice view. it was recently renovated including the bathroom, quality stuff. downstairs you have the restaurant, bar and a couple of outdoor teraces. the breakfast is self served (good). great xp for 1 day, the location cant say it's central but being on a crossroad, one can reach transportation services quite easely.

There are only 1.5 things about this hotel I don't quite like. (Everything else is great) Complimentary bottled water: one (for my weeklong stay). Sound insulation from the next room: zero point five. Power socket next to my bed for me to grab my charging phone during the night so I don't feel insecure: Nada.

Very much disappointed, will never book again. While the room itself is not bad, the services are poor. What bothered me the most is that I booked 2 double rooms with matrimonial beds and this request was not respected. I even called one month before the arrival to make sure that we will have king size bedrooms as requested. The reception confirmed me that there will be no problem at all... only to get there after one month and to get 2 rooms with twin beds. When I got down at the reception to enquire about the mistake, the only reply I got was: "It was not possible.". Not even an apology. I could have understood if it was indeed not possible, but at least they could have warned us before or when we called again the day of the arrival to see if everything was alright. They never mentioned anything. This is not honest of them at all. Plus, they have no excuse: all conversations took place in Spanish, so they cannot say that it was linguistic barrier and because of this they were not able to do their job. Some other aspects: breakfast is not great and too pricey for what they offer; one light bulb in the bathroom was burnt and even though I informed the reception about it, they never bothered to fix it; every time you use the tape, the toilet or the shower, a huge noise is coming from the pipes. Really creepy. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are much better ones in Huelva, and I am a frequent traveller.
