Fechei para passar 4 dias, no 3 dia não aguentamos mais, pedimos para cancelar o último dia,um barulho que não se dorme e fomos reclamar com os funcionários e nada de ter qq resposta, ficamos no mesmo hotel em Veneza e fomos muito bem atendidos.

Amazing hotel in Florence! If you are visiting, you must look in to staying here. The hotel itself is an amazing building - the history, the ambiance, the location - all amazing. Every one of the staff we encountered went out of their way to make our stay special. The breakfast is very good which is a plus and allows you to begin your day right. I couldn’t say enough about this hotel!

Rooms are clean and large, great customer service and prime location! Front desk receptionists are so kind and helpful and house keeping service is great. 10 min walk from bus and train station. Highly recommend.

Meu parceiro me propôs neste hotel e tivemos o tempo mais maravilhoso!Meu parceiro e eu ficamos no hotel Porta Rossa por 2 noites no quarto 107. Assim que entramos no lobby, ficamos impressionados com a beleza do hotel. Até tem um cheiro incrível. A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil e acolhedora, oferecendo-se para ajudar meu parceiro com o noivado e deixando-nos pequenos mimos em nosso quarto. Nosso quarto - 107 - é impressionante, a principal característica é o teto lindamente pintado, parecia muito romântico. Estou sem glúten e fiquei incrivelmente satisfeito ao descobrir que o hotel oferece alternativas sem glúten no café da manhã. Adorável pão, mingau, bolachas e bolos. Estavam todos deliciosos! Nossa viagem foi muito importante para meu parceiro e eu e o Porta Rossa tornamos ainda mais. Estamos muito gratos por ter ficado no hotel e agradecemos a todos os funcionários pela ajuda e gentileza. Nós definitivamente iremos visitar novamente.

Our hotel room was robbed! This has been the most terrifying experience of our lives. Someone broke into the hotel room in our absence and stole everything of value including our suitcase. The their stole all our luxury belongings, broke into the locker and stole our cash. How does a thiefget away with walking out of the hotel with a guests suitcase full of their belongings! We are completely devastated and scared for our safety!

My partner proposed to me in this hotel and we had the most wonderful time! My partner and I stayed in the Porta Rossa hotel for 2 nights in room 107. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were struck by how beautiful the hotel is. It even smells incredible. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating, offering to help my partner with the engagement and leaving us little treats in our room. Our room - 107 - is stunning, the main feature is the beautifully painted ceiling, it felt very romantic. I am gluten free and I was incredibly pleased to find that the hotel offers gluten free alternatives at breakfast. Lovely bread, porridge, crackers and cakes. They were all delicious! Our trip was a very important one for my partner and I and the Porta Rossa made it even more so. We’re so grateful to have stayed in the hotel and thank all the staff for their help and kindness. We will definitely be visiting again.

What a super location for us last week! Centrally located, The Porta Rosa is charming and quaint with its beautifully appointed lobby, bar and facilities. The staff was great and housekeeping was perfect. Our room was 526 over looking Via Porta Rossa and sometimes was noisy late in the evening but we slept so hard each night that didn’t matter 🤩 Would stay there again. Will have too since we didn’t manage to see every thing I bookmarked. The history behind the hotel is fascinating.

If we are ever fortunate to be in Florence again, we are absolutely staying here! The NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa was everything I could have dreamed of. - Staff: Extremely friendly and professional. Smartly dressed, professional, calm, friendly demeanor, helped with directions and recommendations, and happy to talk about the hotel's history when asked. Let me practice my Italian quite patiently! - Ambiance: That classical old-world charm you are hoping for when traveling to Florence. This hotel is thought to the the oldest in Italy, because of its 13th century tower (a special suite, which was occupied when we were there, otherwise they would have given us a tour). Also won an award for best renovation, and I can see why! Seamlessly tying in old and new to provide a comfortable, beautiful, and historical experience. - Comfort: The room was spacious, bed super comfortable, ceilings, beautifully vaulted (might have been a unique feature of our room), linens clean and comfortable, beautiful armoire for storing my clothes. - Breakfast: BEST breakfast in all our Italian travels! Would stay here again just for the food! Beautiful dining area, but even more beautiful food presentation- delicate, yet extensive. I got my own teapot for my morning tea! With mix-ins like ginger, lemon, and mint. Just absolutely classy. Many options and very luxurious. - Location: maybe 6-8 minutes from the Duomo, and that Cathedral (and the baptistry), and equal distance from the river, maybe 10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio. Short walk anywhere, really- we allowed 12 minutes to get to L'Accademia (the David) and that was plenty. Part of Florence is the ease of walking, and this hotel was absolutely in the center of it all! Great part of town.Overall, our favorite location in Italy, we are so pleased we chose this hotel, and only wish our trip here was longer.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful and in the best possible location in town. The staff was incredibly polite and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. Special shout-out to Ms. Mariasilvia for setting up our tours. We fell in love with Florence and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

El hotel es singular, muy bonito. Pero para ser un cinco estrellas le falta. La habitación muy antigua, y la limpieza un poco regular. Como punto positivo, el personal del hotel muy muy amable, y la localización espectacular. Pero por el precio, la habitación es antigua.

Nos explicaron que era el hotel mas antiguo de Italia. Estuvimos en la habitación 120. En la puerta había una placa que decía que en la habitación se había grabado una película. Habitaciones con frescos. Muy amplia. Un trato del personal excelente, y nos facilitaron las cosas, ya que hablaban perfectamente en castellano. Recomendable 100%. Repetiremos seguro!
