“For a star hotel, the service and hygiene are pathetic. It is a scam. I would not recommend staying here at all. Rude staff that doesn't care about helping the guests, old building that jiggles every time a bus stops nearby, creaking sounds at night from the upper floors, overall a noisy area. Ah, almost forgot, the windows don't open; AC doesn't even run.The cleaning service for the room is a lie. They don't change the sheets, and if you call for the service, most likely they will tell you it isn't available, so there goes that. The kettle in the room was dirty, inside and out, very disgusting. They don't replace the mugs or glasses in the room even if you ask for a replacement. I found this place decided to advertise a bunch of stuff that isn't true.Don't get your hopes up on the QR scan code thing that turns into the app. Anything you order won't get to you. I waited almost three hours for shower gel, and had to head down to the reception to get it, and they told me it wasn't available at the moment. You will have to go downstairs to the reception to get the minimum done as it is weird they answer the phone.I paid a ridiculously high fare for this mediocre, shabby experience and treatment. I'm not sure the place is at all hygienic. Wouldn't come back here, ever. Find yourself another place, and don't quarantine here.”
