“Hostel feeling for hotel prices, in general bad service e.g. no bellboy available. The staff was not welcoming. Our suite room was also disappointing, it didn’t had any view and they didn’t know how to join the twin bed’s even I asked for it a couple of hours before check in. Breakfast taste was good but so crowded, the area is too small and every time have to ask that they refill the buffet. The terrace was also not enjoyable because directly on the noisy main road.”

“Muito caro. Para um hotel em um grupo com a Marriott, o serviço e os recursos são mínimos. Amenidades e produtos de higiene pessoal não são tão luxuosos quanto outros hotéis Marriott, embora o preço não seja menos caro. Carregando um design divertido industrial, é normal os jovens se reunirem. Lobby e estacionamento estreito, especialmente se houver um evento. O café da manhã também é superficial, o Indomie realmente ajuda na classificação de 1 estrela.A garçonete estava super ocupada. Já encomendado por chamada, ele disse apenas venha e pague. Quando em Receiptionis, não há reserva. Recepcionista com tom alto, nossa reserva não está no sistema. Na verdade, fui forçado a lembrar o nome do agente que recebeu a reserva, então fui convidado a ligar novamente para a Moxy (embora eu já estivesse no hotel). Felizmente, posso dizer a cronologia. Todos os resultados podem ser quartos também. Quarto standard com preços não standard. Se não fosse por um evento, é melhor procurar outro hotel.”
