“not bad stay BUT it's definitely not a 5 star hotel. it's 3 stars at most.
some parts of the room wasn't cleaned properly and the room didn't have a remote, i asked for one and they brought a broken remote which didn't work.
however it's acceptable for the price and the location is very good and close to Haram.”

الغرف من حيث النظافة جيدة وعلى حسب أختيارنا تكون متصلة ويمنع التدخين فيها 🚭 لكن أخرونا بالدخول يقولون ما بعد نظفت مع أن وصلنا الساعة 6 وسياسة الدخول الساعة 4 غير العطر الموجود بـ البهو ريحته خايسه و تصك الرأس 😩🤕

Todo es hermoso en él, si solo se encargan de la limpieza de la alfombra, necesita una limpieza profunda, y el refrigerador y el mostrador de café se colocan fuera de la habitación.

I stayed here for 3 nights, everything was fine, it was quite close to masjid al nabawi, the only problem I only have 2 problems, one is that the Internet is terribly slow like almost not working, secondly if you live they don't have enough elevators and it takes like 10 minutes to reach down bcs all are occupied

O hotel é lindo e é considerado um dos hotéis próximos ao Haram, incluindo uma rua simples Pegamos uma suíte Zamzam muito bonita e espaçosa com uma entrada, uma sala de estar e um quarto, todos espaçosos e limpos, o serviço é bom e os preços são muito adequados em comparação com os hotéis de Meca. Seus funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, e um dos funcionários estava dando um presente aos clientes em uma ocasião feliz 🤩A desvantagem são as operações de perfuração irritantes ao lado do hotel e o cheiro de fumaça ao lado dos elevadores, e as fechaduras das portas também precisam de manutenção

الفندق جميل ويعتبر من الفنادق القريبة من الحرم بينهم شارع بسيط بس أخذنا جناح زمزم جميل جدًا وواسع فيه مدخل وغرفة جلوس وغرفة نوم كلهم واسعات ونظيفات وخدمتهم حلوة والأسعار جدًا مناسبة مقارنة بفنادق مكة حجزت ببوكنق الليلة ب٣٥٠ ومددت ليلة زيادة من الفندق نفسه ب٣٣٠ موظفينهم لطيفين وخدومين وواحد من الموظفين كان مقدم هدية للعملاء بمناسبة سعيدة له 🤩يعيبه عمليات الحفر المزعجة بجنب الفندق ورائحة الدخان بجنب المصاعد وبرضو أقفال الأبواب تحتاج صيانة

O hotel fica perto da capela feminina, alugamos uma suíte e os quartos são bons, mas a mobília é um pouco velha e o hotel não tem cinco estrelas. Reservamos uma suíte com café da manhã e pedimos para adiar até o entardecer, pois era hora de jejum, e nos falaram, na recepção, que seria feito um entendimento conosco se houvesse café da manhã para quem estava em jejum . (200) E não o recebemos de volta. No segundo dia, pagamos um valor extra por pessoa (57) com café da manhã, pois o número cadastrado é de 5 pessoas, e a irmã da recepção não mencionou que a reserva é para o número de pessoas e não para o número de quartos porque a suíte acomoda mais de 6 pessoas. Não vou repetir a visita, eles não têm espaço para compreensão Menos hotéis em número de estrelas, mas melhores em termos de sistema, mobiliário e serviço.

El hotel está cerca de la capilla de mujeres. Cogimos una suite y las habitaciones son buenas, pero el mobiliario es un poco viejo y el hotel no tiene cinco estrellas. Reservamos una suite con desayuno y pedimos posponerlo hasta la noche, porque era un tiempo de ayuno, y nos dijeron, la recepción, que se haría un entendimiento con nosotros si había desayunos para los que estaban ayunando. . (200) Y no lo recuperamos. El segundo día, pagamos un monto extra por una persona (57) con desayuno porque el número registrado es de 5 personas, y la hermana de la recepción no mencionó que la reserva es por el número de personas y no por el número de habitaciones porque la suite tiene capacidad para más de 6 personas. No repetiré la visita, no tienen margen de entendimiento Menos hoteles en número de estrellas, pero mejor en cuanto a sistema, mobiliario y servicio.

may choice again only for location and parking
-location was near to ladies gate side
-free parking is definitely a huge plus point as they have 4 stories basement. but the 3 car parking area are for small cars which will only accommodate 2 medium SUV
-restaurant: you can order their lamb biryani or other things, good price and good quantity
-rooms: all basic necessity was provided: coffee machine, 2 espresso capsules, water, slippers, towel, tea bags, kettle.
my room was cleaned and prepared with new sheets.
Bathroom- had a tub and hot water was coming
service- came the next day asking for cleaning room and also got fruits delivered as complimentary
-lifts: had to wait for them as it gets busy and one of them was not working
-carpets: they need to clean them with some professional services
-was not 5 star nor saw any millennium branding as claimed
-TV: Had very less options and the remote was hard to operate
-ice cream is very costly tho in the cafe

Metade de sua estrela e decepcionadoOs quartos são pequenos ... os tapetes são antigos e não estão limpos Atendimento ao cliente, você tem que ligar para eles para que possam vir buscar água e lenços de papel.O quarto tem cafeteira, e colocaram isso como uma vantagem na reserva, e quando pedimos as cápsulas, disseram que era preciso pagar 10 riais por cápsula!A comida do bufê não é obrigatória, a maior parte da comida é fria e eles não chegam ao nível de duas estrelas, principalmente porque não há esterilização contínua do local. ”Fora isso, o quarto foi solicitado para ser limpo e não foi devidamente limpo, apenas a disposição da cama e nada mudou nela, em geral a limpeza para eles é muito ruim.A recepção trata os convidados de forma inadequada, e não há recepção e boas-vindas para o cliente, principalmente as meninas, tratam muito mal os convidados.Dou duas estrelas apenas pela proximidade do hotel com o Haram e pela presença do bagageiro Abdel Moneim e de outra pessoa de nacionalidade sudanesa, não me lembro o nome dele.Quanto a mim, é impossível ficar no hotel de novo, há muitos hotéis ao preço do hotel, que é mais limpo, melhor e melhor

La mitad de su estrella y decepcionadoLas habitaciones son pequeñas ... las alfombras son viejas y no están limpias Servicio al cliente, tienes que llamarlos para que vengan a traerte agua y Kleenex.La habitación tiene máquina de café, y lo pusieron como ventaja en la reserva, y cuando pedimos las cápsulas, ¡dijeron que hay que pagar 10 riales por cada cápsula!La comida del buffet no es imprescindible, y la mayoría de la comida está fría y no llega al nivel de dos estrellas, sobre todo porque no hay esterilización continua del lugar ”.Aparte de eso, se pidió que limpiaran la habitación y no se limpió adecuadamente, solo la disposición de la cama y nada cambió en ella.En general, la limpieza para ellos es muy mala.Los recepcionistas tratan a los invitados de manera inapropiada, y no hay recepción y bienvenida para el cliente, especialmente las chicas, tratan muy mal a los invitados.Doy dos estrellas solo por la proximidad del hotel al Haram y por la presencia del portero Abdel Moneim y otra persona de nacionalidad sudanesa, no recuerdo su nombre.En cuanto a mí, es imposible volver a alojarme en el hotel. Hay muchos hoteles al precio del hotel, que es más limpio, mejor y mejor.

Had a good experience staying here, it's affordable for the location. Even though it was fully booked when we checked-in, we gladly found a parking spot with no issues, but the basement is really small with limited parking space. Its at a walkable distance to Gate no. 16 so its located at a convenient location, close to basic amenities.The room was clean and comfortable, same as the displayed pictures online so no complaints on that side. Would definitely consider staying here next time.

Hotel is clean and good. Breakfast is awesome... Initially there was a mix up with the room that was allotted ...but upon complaining they gave us other room (with 1 less bed) but was better than previous so we accepted. Room was made up but old bedsheets were not moved out. Its very close to gate number 16. The stay was good.
