No coração da área turística de Patong Beach, incluindo lojas, restaurantes, bares, casas de massagens, spas, mas não na praia. Você tem que entrar em Soi Bangla e sair para o outro lado do beco para ver a Praia de Patong. Os serviços gerais do hotel atendem aos padrões de 4 a 5 estrelas.

Ubicado en el corazón de la zona turística de Patong Beach, que incluye tiendas, restaurantes, bares, salones de masajes, spas, pero no en la playa. Tienes que entrar en Soi Bangla y salir al otro lado del callejón para ver Patong Beach. Los servicios generales del hotel cumplen con los estándares de 4-5 estrellas.

Bom hotel em uma excelente localização central. Os funcionários foram todos corteses e acolhedores. O próprio hotel precisa de um facelift, pois algumas partes parecem cansadas. No geral, um alojamento de excelente valor

+ Quartos limpos e funcionários simpáticos. Está perfeitamente ligado ao Ceilão, por isso pode fazer compras e comer sem sair de casa! Não sei quando será o evento até agora, mas o bufê de churrasco é 600 Baht para 2 pessoas e o custo-benefício é ótimo. Em vez disso, carreguei o serviço e bebi uma bebida, então ganhei 1000 Baht haha. Ainda assim, duas pessoas ficaram satisfeitas com um delicioso buffet de 500 por pessoa. Parece haver muitos desses eventos, então se você olhar atentamente para os panfletos na parede e no elba, poderá usá-los bem.-Não consigo dormir até o amanhecer do lado da praia. Então peguei uma estrela. A vista em si também é uma vista onde você pode ver Bangla Road e Jeong Ceylon, por isso é claro até tarde da noite. Fiquei 3 noites e no último dia comprei protetores de ouvido e adormeci, mas meu marido dormiu bem. Parece ser diferença individual ??Se você aderir ao lado do lago em vez da praia, há uma vontade de revisitar.

Ótimo hotel para o preço. Localização é perfeita! O número de quartos é bastante fresco, o tamanho dos quartos é mais do que decente, tudo o que você precisa está lá, desde roupões e chinelos, até xampus e gel de banho. Na sala: Euro-friendly, moderno, com banheiro e pia, há uma chaleira com um conjunto para café e chá, água. TV e varanda. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, bastante variado. Estou descansando pela segunda vez e entendo que esta é a melhor opção para qualquer tipo de recreação: para jovens festeiros e para os compradores ativos, e para meditadores calmos))) duas piscinas, duas recepções, três prédios. Grande cidade de parto no segundo litoral. Dadas as especificidades de Patong Beach, na minha opinião, não há nada a fazer no primeiro litoral (no sentido de estar localizado em um hotel).

A piscina do lado do lago e os quartos que levam diretamente a ele estão em excelentes condições e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Diretamente conectado à Jungceylon Department Store, é um ótimo lugar para fazer compras e sair por um tempo. O café da manhã era muito variado e o kimchi era bom. Era muito confortável fazer check-in na praia e depois me levar para a beira do lago em um carro pequeno como o trem dos elefantes.A piscina também é espaçosa e não há muitas pessoas no fim de semana para que você possa nadar confortavelmente. À noite, fiquei impressionado por poder nadar na piscina lindamente iluminada, observando muitas estrelas no céu noturno. Ótima localização. Recomendo totalmente !!!

Eu fiquei no lado da praia e foi bom porque era perto de restaurantes e do mar. Os quartos são bem decorados e as camas extras são macias e agradáveis. À noite, o som de Doom Chidung no lado da estrada Bangla era baixo, mas não era irritante para dormir. O café da manhã não é ótimo, mas é recomendado para quem gosta de fazer compras. A piscina também é limpa e bonita. Vamos relaxar no 4º andar de Lakeside, e sua localização não é tão boa.

Me quedé en el lado de la playa y fue agradable porque estaba cerca de restaurantes y el mar. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y las camas supletorias son suaves y agradables. Por la noche, el sonido de Doom Chidung en el lado de Bangla Road era bajo, pero no era molesto dormir. El desayuno no es excelente, pero se recomienda para quienes gustan de ir de compras. La piscina también está limpia y bonita. Hay Let's Relax en el 4to piso de Lakeside, y su ubicación no es tan buena.

El lado de la piscina del lago y las habitaciones que conducen directamente a él están en excelentes condiciones y el personal es muy amable. Conectado directamente a los grandes almacenes Jungceylon, es un gran lugar para comprar y pasar un rato. El desayuno era muy variado y el kimchi estaba bueno. Fue muy cómodo registrarse en el lado de la playa y luego llevarme al lado del lago en un pequeño automóvil como el tren de elefantes.La piscina también es espaciosa y no hay muchas personas los fines de semana, por lo que puede nadar cómodamente. Por la noche, me impresionó poder nadar en la piscina bellamente iluminada mirando muchas estrellas en el cielo nocturno. Excelente ubicacion. Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Gran hotel por el precio. La ubicación es perfecta! La cantidad de habitaciones es bastante fresca, el tamaño de las habitaciones es más que decente, todo lo que necesita está allí, desde albornoces y zapatillas hasta champús y gel de ducha. En la habitación: Euro-amigable, moderno con inodoro y lavabo, hay una tetera con un juego de café y té, agua. TV y balcón. El desayuno es bastante sabroso, bastante variado. Estoy descansando por segunda vez y entiendo que esta es la mejor opción para cualquier tipo de recreación: para jóvenes que van de fiesta y para compradores activos, y para meditadores tranquilos))) dos piscinas, dos recepciones, tres edificios. Gran ciudad parida en la segunda costa. Teniendo en cuenta los detalles de Patong Beach, en mi opinión, no hay nada que hacer en la primera costa (en el sentido de estar ubicado en un hotel).

+ Habitaciones limpias y personal amable. Está perfectamente unido a Ceilán, por lo que puede comprar y comer sin salir. No sé cuándo será el evento hasta ahora, pero el buffet de barbacoa cuesta 600 baht para 2 personas y el rendimiento de costos es excelente. En cambio, cobré el servicio y bebí una bebida, así que obtuve 1000 baht jaja. Aún así, dos personas estaban satisfechas con un delicioso buffet a 500 por persona. Parece que hay muchos eventos de este tipo, así que si miras de cerca los folletos en las paredes y el elba del hotel, puedes usarlos bien.-No puedo dormir hasta el amanecer en el lado de la playa. Entonces tomé una estrella. La vista en sí es también una vista donde se puede ver Bangla Road y Jeong Ceylon, por lo que es brillante incluso a última hora de la noche. Beach side millennium resort is definitely more convenient compare to lake side. Because is way nearer to bangla street. The mall is somewhat a short cut but the entrance is close after 10pm so if you are staying at lake side then it is a 10min walking without tram. The tram is not exactly manned late into the night. Pool is not as big here, room is definitely more noisy if you are facing the road. Suggest that the management can consider putting a thicker noise isolation curtain to block the noise. Happen to went to a friend room i realise is so loud even thou there is double sliding door to the balcony it is still very noisy. And you can still hear the band. My room happen to be facing the inner side and i can still hear the band. Breakfast don't really change so is really boring after a few days, i think for the omelette if they can use fresh egg it will taste a lot better.

Hated my stay here, rooms were ok hotel was clean and location is good.being connected to the mall was a plus, but didn't like the service.First they track you with your room key, they know when you enter your room.One day i put the do not disturb sign on so they wouldn't clean my room.when i got back to the room to take a nap because i had a headache they started calling to ask to clean my room.i ignored the phone because i was sleeping.they called every 15 minutes trying to get in touch with me to clean my room, they also knocked on the door to ask to clean my room even though i had the do not disturb on.secondly the man who brought my bags up to the room straight out lied to me about the minibar.he told me the water and peanuts on the counter were complimentary but the stuff in the mini bar cost money.I did not touch he mini bar but had the water and peanuts on the counter, then they charged me for them on checkout.will not go back to this hotel

#1 stuff around: We stayed here 2 nights with my family. When we checked in they tried to tell us there was an additional fee of 1,500 baht even though we already paid heaps for the rooms. Then when we put our foot down and asked for a refund they suddenly fixed the problem. #2: Because we didn't pay 1,500 baht extra they took us up around the corner to another one of their hotels away from the main one which we had thought we were staying at. This felt pretty bad as the kids were excited to stay in this nice place, with good aircon. Then to our surprise were taken on a 2 minute drive elsewhere. #3: We got 2 bedrooms between us, adults in one room and kids in the other. They knew we had 3 kids in one room and the only put two beds. They then tried to charge us another 1,500 baht for an extra bed even though we booked in 3 people clearly and they had that on their record also. #4: Took them 8 hours and 3 times to visit the front desk before they decided to give up the 3rd bed with no 'extra' cost. All in all the place wasn't bad, the price was fairly steep. But you must becareful if you are foreign, they think every foreigner has lots of money and can exploit that by sneaky extra charges. Me and my family will never go back here, bunch of scammers and poorly ran.

The pillows too soft, the room lightings should be brighter as it looks very tired and gloomy. The bathroom lighting should also be brighter. The toilet cubicle area no ventilation. The lift should not have auto air freshener as people like me could not stand the smell and suffer from sore throat, fell sick upon my arrival. In such a confine space as the lift, should not have that auto air freshener. The smell is over powering and made me sick. The room is very dusty too. Limited option at breakfast/dinner for muslims. On a good note, the location is good.

The hotel restaurant needs to step up, the dinner BBQ buffet was very bad. BBQ meat displayed outdoor when it was pouring rain made them cold and tough to eat. Inedible, not value for money. Hotel room was fine but lighting needs to be improved, too dim not visible.

Convenient location near the shopping mall and nightlife of Patong. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Not a 5 star hotel though. Their staff, while professional, still need more training to really get things right. Ask for a large room deposit of 2000 baht per person at check-in and lack of attention to details which would make the place a better experience.

This hotel can achieve 5 star if they fix their cleanliness issue. Our room was very dirty and muddy but the manager has immediately changed our room and the new room was clean. That is why I am giving them 4 star. Otherwise I would give them 1 star.The location is perfect. Very close to the Patong Beach and next to the main shopping centre.The hotel has a potential to achieve high rating from all guests. Majority of reviews are complaint about cleanliness. I do not understand why they are not putting some quality control in place to make sure their rooms are clean.

We stayed there for 5 days. Awesome location, great hospitality from the all the staff. Vegbreakfast options very limited. But good spread available on continental cusinie. Swimming pool is awesome ! Rooms are neat and tidy. Booking and check-in / out process were smooth. Lift are clean, passage , corridor are kept extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff and the management !

I stayed 5 days 4 nights in this hotel. I don't usually give such low review to any hotel except this. Simply reason as below: 1. For the amount of money you pay, probably can get a better hotel in Phuket. This hotel is kind of old. Even shower water tap dropped off and never fix a new one. Water pressure is not strong enough too. 2. Soundproof between the room and main door are really bad for a 5-star hotel. I was interrupted by people walking in and out. I have no choice and required to wear earplugs every day. 3. I had another very bad experience where a group of hotel staffs (housekeeping) gathers in the room beside my room for Chit Chat early morning with really loud noise early in the morning. Probably they are waiting for the room to clean up but still, this is unacceptable as I need to walk over and get them to lower down their voice. So the Soundproof is really an issue in this hotel. 3. Housekeeping is kind of bad too. Toiletries were not filled up completely upon my check-in. Found some of the items such as cotton packing already open and recycled. There was no toothbrush provided until I ask the next day then only start to fill up every day. I was told that management wanted to save cost for this. 4. As for reception and concierge, not all the staffs are friendly. Some of them are helpful but some are really impatient. In short, please consider getting another hotel that nearby. The only good point is the good location that connected to the shopping mall. I will never come back to this hotel again! A real disappointment!
