Hotel de mucha calidad. Habitaciones amplias y modernas. Desayuno muy completo. Cafetería amplia. Precios caros. Eché de menos que la piscina no estaba abierta en septiembre. Todavía hace calor. Servicio correcto pero nada más. A 15-20 minutos andando del centro.

Hotel muito bem situado. Atravessa a rua e esta numa praia optima. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Pessoal pouco treinado e a precisar de algum ensino... O único hotel onde nos cobram 5€ por gelo!!!!!!

Hotel situado a casi dos kilómetros de la Catedral de Palma y todo el entorno del casco histórico de la ciudad, con lo cual las caminatas están más que aseguradas. Si vas a hacer vida en él y aprovechar todos sus servicios (SPA, Gimnasio, zona The Level…) es un buen hotel si bien el entorno no es de lo mejorcito de Palma. Correcta habitación con el problema de la bañera deslizante, el WC se encuentra apartado del resto del baño (algo que solo había visto hasta ahora en París), las amenities cortitas y muy justas y el minibar tampoco aporta nada diferente al de la mayoría de los hoteles.Hay una piscina en la 7ª planta que supongo será de gran utilidad y uso durante los calurosos meses del verano. Buen descanso y muy acertado el detalle de la domótica para subir y bajar las cortinas de la habitación. Mi habitación, al igual que la mayoría no tenía balcón, cosa que me produce bastante agobio y que hace que las dimensiones de la habitación sean más grandes si bien he estado en otras Suites de Meliá más grandes. Al ser mi estancia breve, de tres noches y centrada en visitar la ciudad considero que no es el hotel más adecuado para ello aunque sí es un buen hotel de cuatro estrellas moderno y funcional. No era mi primera opción para hospedarme en Palma. Me falló la que yo quería al estar el hotel completo en una de las fechas.

I have been their customer in August 22, The Level area.1. The breakfast very poor (no vegetables at all ! and 2 types of fruits).3 types of salami - same salami for 8 nights. The breakfast at the normal level, was better - I checked myself. I told them, but nothing changed 2. Extremely dirty outside the hotel, I don't have words for this 3. The cleaning in the rooms is very shallow - I have asked in the 6th day to vacuum clean the dust 4. The air conditioning has its own rules. You turn it offbut starts whenever it wants. Imagine sleeping the whole night with that in your head 5. The cleaning lady, has put our pillows on the floor while arranging the sheets on the bed. Once she saw we came, she put on them on the bed, and then mopped the floor, but the sand needs vacuum cleaning, not mopping. 6. They don't care of any feedbacks, they don't improve anything - they just ask if you want to talk to their superiors. 8. The pool super small, although you believe is huge from their pics on the site 9. They use pics of some bars on the beach nearby, but this hotel is not on the beach. You need to pass a very bug and busy road to reach the beach. They are scamming with those photos. 7. Level room was nice and drinks were included - this was very nice.

This is a very nice hotel, they have a very good selection at breakfast. The hotel roof top pool is gorgeous, with stunning views over Palma and the sunset, it also sometimes has live music in the evenings which is gorgeous to chill out to The hairdryer in the room is good so I would leave your one at home, the hotel provides towels if you plan to go to the pool or beach so again leave yours at home to save in weight in your suitcase. I would also recommend downloading the Melia app as you can use this to request amenities and services, such as requesting an iron.

Foi uma grande experiência. Os quartos são limpos e muito agradáveis. O hotel fica a cerca de 25 minutos a pé do centro da cidade, mas ao mesmo tempo fica do outro lado da rua da praia muito agradável, com areia rasa adequada para crianças. Também o hotel tem uma praia na cobertura e um bar que são acessíveis aos hóspedes para aqueles que preferem piscina

this is the third time that we have stayed at the Melia Palma Bay. We appreciated the welcome, with a very good room service. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The hotel also offers a very nice breakfast offer. A big thank you for the delicate attention with the champagne on our last day. we will be back soon.

It was great experience. Rooms are clean and very nice. Hotel is about 25 minutes of walking from downtown but at the same time it is just across a street from very nice beach with shallow sandy shore suitable for children. Also hotel has a roof top beach and bar that are accessible to guests for those who prefer pool

Quarto era limpo, com um design moderno e funcional. Bem iluminado, áreas de estar confortáveis, cama confortável. O serviço de restaurante foi rápido e a comida era boa. Então, por que 1 estrela a menos? Um frigobar abastecido que não deixou espaço para mais nada. Não há tábua ou ferro de engomar no quarto. Apenas canais locais de TV a cabo. Demasiado minimalista para mim ... nem mesmo obras de arte nas paredes. A vista para o porto não é das melhores, mas o hotel é conveniente e perto da praia, razoavelmente perto do hotel.

Servicio muy profesional en la atención al cliente. Una vez realizado el checking, las habitaciones recibidas no cumplian mi expectativa en cuanto a una reserva "vista mar". Tan pronto fue posible la responsable del servicio de atención al cliente (GEM), resolvió con máxima satisfacción para nosotros el problema, incluso por encima de nuestras expectativas.Muy agradecido.

Está situado a unos dos kilómetros del centro de Palma, y a unos quinientos metros de la playa de Can Pere, es decir un poco lejos de todo. Las instalaciones son muy buenas tiene de todo incluso spa, aunque no usamos esos servicios, está muy bien acondicionado para el que quiera hacer vida en el hotel, pero nosotros que fuimos a conocer la isla no usamos prácticamente nada. Escogimos este hotel para no tener sorpresas con las habitaciones, un Meliá cuatro estrellas que siempre cumple nuestras expectativas.

Cuando llegué a la habitación me encontré una cucaracha de dimensiones considerables y el WC estaba sucio. Bajé a quejarme a recepción y me cambiaron de habitación, aunque con cierta "incredulidad". Me parece inaceptable que en un hotel de estas características te encuentres algo así. No pienso volver y desde luego recomendaré en mi empresa que nunca manden a ninguno de los empleados a este establecimiento.

Positivo: las habitaciones son grandes y modernas. Tienen una Nespresso con café gratis. El baño tiene las paredes revestidas en mármol y tiene una grifería hermosa. Los amenities están bien. El gimnasio está muy bien provisto. Negativo: el hotel no está muy bien ubicado, ni cerca de una linda playa ni de la ciudad..hay que caminar 30 minutos para llegar a la catedral. El servicio no me pareció muy bueno, llegamos algo tarde (11.30pm) y no pudieron ayudarnos a encontrar donde comer. Poco interés. Las habitaciones tienen ventanas muy altas entonces no podes ver el mar...es una pena! El espacio común de pileta es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que hay. El diseño del edificio es moderno pero poco apropiado para un resort de un destino de playa. Nula señalización dentro del hotel para orientar al huésped donde están las cosas. Con el calor que hace en la ciudad solo te ofrecen agua con costo extra.

Room was clean, with a functional modern design. Nicely lit, comfortable seating areas, comfortable bed. Restaurant service was quick and the food was good. So why 1 less star? A stocked mini bar fridge that left no room for anything else. No ironing board or iron in the room. Only local tv cable channels. Too minimalist for me...not even artwork on the walls. View overlooking the port isn't the best, but the hotel is convenient and close to the beach, reasonably close to the hotel.

Melhor: Tivemos o melhor quarto do hotel com certeza - ficamos 7 noites. O terraço mais à esquerda no 7º andar, então tivemos algumas vistas da cidade e privacidade. E a cama era fantástica!! Isso foi 5 + estrelas. O serviço Level foi muito bom e a equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Pior: A piscina foi uma verdadeira decepção. 80-110 cm de profundidade e a madeira estava saindo dos pregos e pendurada na construção. Guarda-sóis quebrados, então era impossível conseguir alguma sombra. A limpeza nem deve ser mencionada, pois foi uma verdadeira catástrofe. Tivemos algumas manchas na parede e algumas manchas de sangue no chão - não saiu durante toda a semana. Não havia papel higiênico reabastecido, então tivemos que "roubá-lo" do carrinho de limpeza (pedimos à recepção que enviasse alguns imediatamente, mas isso não aconteceu). A cama não foi devidamente feita e o "serviço de dobragem" acho que tivemos 3 noites de 7 (não é importante, mas ainda assim pode ser para alguns hóspedes). No geral, funcionários simpáticos e um bom hotel, mas a limpeza - muito ruim e a área da piscina parece muito melhor nas fotos do que é.

Great hotel convenient for the airport, Palma Cathedral, Palma city and for any cruises departing Palma. Rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The rooftop pool and bar area is a bonus. Nothing bad to day so would definitely recommend!

I was in the hotel to organize an event in the congress center. The hotel is great. Close to the beach, very modern and open architecture. I have never seen as big and nice „hallways“ like in this hotel. The pool is nice and the rooms very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and as our son had his first birthday during our stay, they really walked the extra mile. We got ma cake that my wife could eat, balloons on the room and half of the management came to congratulate my son. SO NICE! Ramon from the restaurant, Alicia from events, Airam as F&B director, the wonderful black haired breakfast lady whose name I forgot, the sales manager Karina, property manager etc etc always asked if we are fine. A memory that will stay for a very, very long time! Thank you and see you soon!

Best: We had the best room in the hotel for sure - stayed 7 nights. The most left terrace on the 7th floor so we had some city views and privacy. And the bed was fantastic!! That was 5 + stars. The Level service was really good and the staff really nice and helpful. Worst: The pool was a real disappointment. 80-110 cm deep and the wood was coming off from the nails and hung down from the construction. Parasols broken so it was impossible to get some shade. The cleaning is not even to be mentioned since it was a real catastrophe. We had some stains on the wall and a few blood stains on the floor - did not come off for the whole week. No toilet paper refilled so we had to "steel" it from the cleaning cart (we asked the reception to send some up immediately but it did not happen). The bed not properly made and the "fold up service" I think we had 3 nights of 7 (not important but still it might be for some guests). Overall, nice staff and a good hotel but cleaning - really bad and pool area looks far much better on the pictures than it is.

Increíble experiencia en el The Level del Meliá. Partiendo de la habitación que ha sido fantástica, el baño con acabado en mármol y bañera y vista a la cama. Las vistas daban a la piscina y la terraza y a la bahía entera de Palma. La posibilidad de poder acceder al Lounge privado todos los días ha sido un punto a favor ya que nos ha permitido disfrutar todavía más de nuestra área privada. El desayuno privado estaba muy rico y muy variado. La atención de todo el equipo de la recepción, incluso los auxiliares de seguridad, ha sido excelente, muy amables y siempre sonrientes y disponibles en todo lo que necesitábamos. Hay posibilidad de acceder al spa, lo cual ha sido muy relajante. Por último, la posibilidad de probar el coche eléctrico de Audi ha sido una maravilla sin la cual nuestro viaje no hubiese quedado igual. Nos ha permitido movernos un poco a los alrededores y poder conocer rincones y calas muy bonitas. Recomentaría la experiencia The Level a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar del hotel y tener un buen nivel de estancia. Gracias por todo equipo de Melia Palma Bay, ¡esperamos volver pronto!

Todo genial. La habitación bastante amplia y el desayuno muy completo A mejorar el baño. No hay puerta, por lo que si te quieres duchar o madrugas mas que la otra persona con la que compartes habitación es bastante molesto

Muito simpático hotel com bons quartos bem conservados, muito limpo. Serviço impecável, todos os funcionários são adoráveis. Pena por outro lado prometer quartos com vista lateral para o mar... o quarto dá para um terreno baldio, e ao longe, o porto, e ao longe, muito longe, o mar. Preço um pouco caro, mas é um hotel de 4 estrelas! Localização um pouco fora do caminho, por outro lado, conte 10 minutos para chegar ao fundo da cidade velha de Palma, e 20 minutos para ir até o centro da cidade. Por outro lado, muito perto da praia
