Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel has onsite restaurant and offers room service for extra fee (3€). However, several other dining options in walking distance as short as 2 minutes. Central location to most sites such as Monastiraki Square, 15-20 minute walk. During winter months hotel rooftop not open. Unable to review this part of hotel.

Decent room. The first room was very noisy due to traffic on the street and bad windows. The second room was better with the noise, except that they started doing maintenance on the air-conditioning early in the morning. We got the vip extra included. They told us it included water, but finally they charged us 3 euro per small bottle. Additionally they told us the breakfast in the room was included, but charged us extra for bringing it. I'm sure it's in the higher end of the hotels in the city, but just be ready to pay extra for everything.

The breakfast doesn't change! We are here for an entire week. Yes, they have a variety but it would be nice to have more options.

Great hotel with amazing service. We stayed over the new years and they helped us with everything from transportation advice to restaurant recommendations. They were always friendly and patient, they helped us book taxis, day trips, spa appointments and the provided us with tea kettle, iron and more upon request. Furthermore it was very clean, quite and a great location.

This is a terrible hotel and there are a multitude of reasons why. The rooms are small and clearly showing their age. Cleanliness seems poor, with a huge stain being apparent on the carpet of our room. Pieces of door handle etc also looked like they were ready to fall off. Cleaning was also poor, with the maids doing the bare minimum possible. Rooms do not come with a kettle, so this has to be requested. Reception staff are warm and welcoming though. We appreciated being given a late check out when my wife was ill. However, the security guard outside the door is not welcoming. He attempted to move me on while I was checking my phone for directions when standing immediately outside the doors, obviously mistaking me for someone else even though I'd walked past him a few moments before. The hotel is also in a rougher part of town so not a great place to come and go from.
