“Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel has onsite restaurant and offers room service for extra fee (3€). However, several other dining options in walking distance as short as 2 minutes. Central location to most sites such as Monastiraki Square, 15-20 minute walk. During winter months hotel rooftop not open. Unable to review this part of hotel.”

“This is a terrible hotel and there are a multitude of reasons why. The rooms are small and clearly showing their age. Cleanliness seems poor, with a huge stain being apparent on the carpet of our room. Pieces of door handle etc also looked like they were ready to fall off. Cleaning was also poor, with the maids doing the bare minimum possible. Rooms do not come with a kettle, so this has to be requested. Reception staff are warm and welcoming though. We appreciated being given a late check out when my wife was ill. However, the security guard outside the door is not welcoming. He attempted to move me on while I was checking my phone for directions when standing immediately outside the doors, obviously mistaking me for someone else even though I'd walked past him a few moments before. The hotel is also in a rougher part of town so not a great place to come and go from.”
