Hotel espectacular muy recomendable para ir con niños tiene una zona de niños súper chula. Las habitaciones están bien lo único que el baño para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene nada más que un dosificador de champú y una pastilla de jabón. El resto genial

Lo hemos pasado genial, el personal del hotel muy amable en especial Marcos el recepcionista. La limpieza de las habitaciones impecable. Comida muy buena. El hotel en general de buena calidad. Volveremos a repetir.

Um hotel moderno com ótimas Instalações quer a nível da qualidade dos quartos mas também ao nível dos apoios proporcionados. Colaboradores impecáveis e sempre amáveis e disponíveis. De realçar as belas piscinas climatizadas e toda a sua envolvência paisagística; a sala de jantar e a comida muito ampla, boa e variada; belíssimos, salões e bares. O único senão, o facto do hotel estar a cerca de quatro kms da praia mais próxima razão está que me leva a atribuir-lhe uma classificação de 4*.

Estive neste Hotel em Maio de 2017. Do mesmo gostei da comida (boa e variada), dos quartos e principalmente das piscinas. Quanto a pontos menos positivos e a melhorar, considero os seguintes: 1) o facto de ser obrigatório o uso de calças ao jantar, quando ao pequeno almoço e almoço não o é. Não faz sentido. 2) apesar dos wc serem enormes, o facto dos chuveiros serem fixos e não de/com mangueiras flexíveis,não facilita a vida às senhoras que pretendem fazer uma higiene íntima, pois são obrigadas a terem que molhar o corpo todo, ou a alguém que queira tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo. Acho que é um ponto a rever. 3) o facto do frigorífico no quarto ser pago. Será que é uma grande despesa para o Hotel, o seu uso? 4) o facto do cofre no quarto ser pago. Será que é uma despesa tão grande para o hotel, o uso do cofre? 5) o facto da Internet (wifi), ser paga e não ser possível utilizá-la em todos os locais. Se é paga, deveria ser acessível em todos os locais, pois ninguém é obrigado a ter que estar na recepção ou no quarto para utilizá-la. Por exemplo, na zona das piscinas, não funciona. Além disso, se efectuar a sua reserva/compra através do website do hotel, a mesma é-lhe oferecida, mas se comprar através de um outro site ou agência, já é paga. Incompreensível !!! 6) a animação nocturna, é muito fraca. 7) o facto de cada vez que queira trocar de toalha da piscina, ter que pagar um euro. Para um Hotel de quatro estrelas que não é nada barato e que apregoa o Tudo Incluído, a verdade é que, NÃO É TUDO INCLUÍDO.

Only been here 3 days, the restaurant is like a canteen. Very busy hotel although everyone is wearing masks no thought has gone into how to avoid covid or sickness when all handling the serving tongs??

Reception staff were so rude. Dining staff were lovely 😍. We were overcharged on credit card for our stay and told repeatedly to come back when management were there but this never happened. They were never there. Flies were all over the bread etc in the beach huts and the main dining area served too much fish. Sunbeds were a nightmare. You needed to be up and out by 9am to get a bed. I wont recommend this hotel as its too expensive for quality of food and entertainment at night was laughable

Just back from a week here, my first trip to the Canaries and first all inclusive in years. Had a lovely relaxing break, just what we needed. The hotel and complex is big, lots of options for families and couples. We travelled in a couple and did one day by the pool then one day out and about. Evening entertainment looked good for families but we tended to have a drink in the piano bar, plenty of quiet spots, then sit on our balcony. Food options and quality are great, drinks on tap are perfectly good, staff were friendly and there's good wifi. The place was very clean inside and out. Yes the buffet was busy (this is a huge place with lots of families) but staff worked hard to keep everything clean and topped up. The outside seating area at the back was our preferred spot. Sun loungers are an issue by the adult pool. You have to get up early to reserve a bed but we did manage to get a spot. Not really sure what the hotel can do about this though? Otherwise there seemed to be beds by the main pool still, but obviously much busier. Only suggested improvement is the Italian & Japanese restaurants - would be good if this was waiter service rather than buffet. But food options all good. Clean & well stocked too. Overall a good trip if you want to have everything on site and have a hassle free break.

Espectacular las instalaciones para pasarlo con niños. En el restaurante comida buenatrato geniales, un 10 para ellos. Recepción y servicio de limpieza de habitaciones un poco justo el trato, esperaba un poco más.

Me parece fabuloso el Hotel, la zona es interior , no es primera línea, y quizás eso es lo mejor. Los camareros , recepcionistas, personal de comedor son Vips✴️✴️✴️✴️, un lujo de hotel con sus instalaciones tanto para peques como para adultos. Estuvimos 4 días en el hotel con todo incluido. Mucho guiri. El personal muy top, en especial alejandro en el bar H2O.

El Hotel es ideal para llevar niños , falta añadir alguna cama en algunas habitaciones en lugar de sofa cama, el buffef le falta alternativa para los niños apenas existe, el wifi free casi imposible utilizarlo

El hotel nada del otro mundo, la comida igual prácticamente todos los días, en el bar piscina todo un desastre con los cócteles de grifo que saben a agua, no había copas ni de plástico para el cava y le pregunto al camarero y me dice que hasta que no hagan un pedido hay que beber es esosvasos de plástico. Las estrellas que he puesto, son por una camarera en concreto que se llama Verónica,una chica súper educada, atenta y profesional.

Pessoal muito amigável. Limpeza impecável. É importante manter os pontos negativos em mente: - Impossível encontrar espreguiçadeira disponível na piscina porque todos os clientes deixam lá as suas toalhas apesar da placa afixada. O hotel deverá encontrar uma solução porque se seguir as regras nunca encontrará uma espreguiçadeira. - Muito lotado em geral, com mais de 700 quartos, então a pressa muito rapidamente. - eventos lotados de gente, era impossível participar - as refeições são muito correctas, existem 2 restaurantes temáticos ou é possível fazer uma refeição durante a estadia mediante reserva. Mas é impossível encontrar um nicho disponível lá. No geral, tive uma boa estadia, mas não voltaria pelas razões mencionadas. As férias são acima de tudo uma paz de espírito que continua a ser um dos critérios mais importantes.

Hotel excepcional para venir con niños ! Instalaciones limpias y infinidad de chiringuitos y snack bar donde te puedes perder . 7 piscinas , sala recreativa , salón bar …. Lo mejor la animación infantil y el clima. Sin duda volveremos algún día . Lo único a decir … las camas son algo incomodas , colchones de muelles y hacen un ruido ….

Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado y desde Elena en recepción que nos trato de maravilla ,los camareros, limpiadoras, metres en general todo el personal excelente la comida una pasada tanto en el bufet como en los snack hemos estado es varios Princeps pero para mí ha sido el mejor Gracias por hacernos olvidarpor unos días estos dos años tan malo. Gracias al director que estaba desayunando y nos atendió muy amablementepara felicitarle por el personal que tienen.Gracias

This is a nice hotel & we had a good overall stay. But there were a lot of small issues.We arrived at 10pm. The checkin process was slow - around 20 minutes to process each group. Later on, this meant that if we needed reception while a large group was being checked in, we had a long wait. We arrived after dinner had finished, & we were told that a later dinner would be put on for late arrivals, starting at 11pm - but after a very tiring day, we couldn't wait this late so went to bed without eating.The room was nice on first impression - nicely decorated & comfortable. It was disappointing to find that, having booked a double room, we had two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning was an old-fashioned dial - we had to turn it right down to below 10° to get any cool air, & if we took out the key card from the power slot it got hot. It was also noisy, but didn't disturb my sleep with ear plugs. Bedding was clean & comfortable, but on one occasion, after a bedding change, we were given a plastic, noisy incontinence sheet!The electrics in the room tripped a few times in the first days, but there was a fuse box that was easy to flip to get power back. The bathroom was clean & modern, but the shower would often run scalding hot & freezing cold, & not maintain a constant temperature at all. There was also no extractor fan. The towels we had on arrival had dark marks on, & even after being replaced, some of the new ones also had similar marks.The buffet restaurant was a rather chaotic experience. We were surprised to find that we had to book time slots for breakfast & dinner each day. This was done on screens in the lobby, or a phone app, which was not easy to find & not clearly publicised, but worked well once we had it. I think a lot of people didn't stick to their booked times (understandable as you expect flexibility on this sort of holiday & don't want to be held to a schedule) so the queues to be seated were sometimes long. We would also sometimes be seated, only to then find someone else also allocated to our table when we got back with food, so we would have to find another. The restaurant was always busy, crowded around the food, & difficult to navigate. The hotel has a large capacity, & it seems the restaurant can't cope with this. There were often shortages of glasses, spoons, etc. Food was not always well labelled - in one case, the German, English & Spanish versions of a soup were all completely different foods!However, aside from the chaotic atmosphere, the food was good & the staff friendly. Always plenty of choice, & good quality. But not a relaxing dining experience. We did not use the other restaurants (Asian & Italian) because the only available booking times were always too late for us.The pool area was lovely, probably a highlight. There is an adult-only pool, which was always impossible to get beds near, a large pool, a small kids' pool & an aqua-park style kids’ pool. It got busy, & people reserved beds early, but we always found something. Staff at the adult-only area were quite rude - drinks were mostly self-service, but when I tried to get a drink at 18:02 (not realising that it closed at 18:00), a staff member snapped "closed" at me without looking. I thought I'd misheard, & asked him to repeat, & he snapped again "closed, no drinks!" whilst looking annoyed.On the last day we tried to arrange a late checkout so we could shower before leaving in the evening, but all rooms were booked & we couldn't. It’s disappointing that the hotel has no shower/changing facilities for use on the last day - we were told to use the toilets, & that even the spa didn't have showers. Luckily we went to check directly with the spa, & it turned out that they do have showers. So for €10 each we booked a spa session at the end of the day, so we could shower & leave fresher.Overall a nice hotel with mostly friendly staff, but many small issues that caused some annoyance at various times.

Fantastic family holiday. Really impressed by the range in places to eat and get drinks all day. The pools were balanced between swimming, playtime and extreme fun on slides. Exceeded our expectations.

Hemos estado 10 noches en la habitación Prestige, una experiencia maravillosa, las instalaciones del hotel son increíbles pero su personal es mejor todavía. Queremos dar las gracias a Fátima por su trato durante nuestras vacaciones, gente como ella hace que merezca la pena repetir. A pesar de estar el hotel lleno no hemos tenido problema para encontrar sitio en la piscina ni en los comedores. Las medidas covid llegados a este punto son en gran parte responsabilidad personal y salvo algún caso puntual se cumplían.Esperamos volver pronto.

I had a brilliant stay here. So many times I was impressed: a very large and nice room, fantastic food with an overwhelming choice, the most beautiful swimming pools...A few small tips that can be done to make it absolutely perfect: - add a couple of tv channels in the rooms (e.g. Dutch, Belgian) if possible. - enforce the prohibition on reserving sunbeds with towels. - procure different times with and without clothing for the wellness area (now it is only with clothing which is very unpleasant for some people). Since guests have to reserve a time slot, this is a very easy thing to do. -put up an extra direction sign to the wellness area. It was not easy to find the correct entrance to the reception desk. - repair the shower knob of the rain shower in the wellness area. - check the sockets in the room and repair the ones that are not working. - place a better bike rack at the hotel so that you can also attach the frame to it. - forbid guests to put there used drinking glasses and (sometimes half-filled) food-plates in the hallway outside there room to clear it up. Sometimes these things stand there for hours or days. This is not hygienic and off-putting when walking-by to your own room. - make a smartphone app with the same functionalities as the touchscreens in the hotel (restaurants reservations, animation program, ...). - don't charge guests extra for the fresh orange juice at breakfast.

Buenas instalaciones y habitaciones limpias y confortables. El servicio muy atento. El buffet es muy variado, tanto en el desayuno, como en el almuerzo y la cena. Lo negativo son las almohadas, muy planas para mi gusto. Deberían ser más acolchadas, acorde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. No nos gustó que todo el horario de comidas, actividades y espectáculos estuviera orientado al público británico y alemán. Todo era en inglés: canciones, espectáculos... y cansa. Para eso hubiéramos elegido destinos como Londres o Berlín, y no Gran Canaria.

Good afternoon,There is a group of us due to visit next week. There are lots of reviews around people reserving sunbeds early and you have a hotel policy that this isn’t allowed?I will be removing other guests towels if this is done and I want their “reserved” sunbed.Will this action/decision be supported by hotel staff?Thanks

This place is fabulous, staff are very friendly the outside and inside looks very well looked after and the cleaners do an amazing job keeping this huge hotel spotless. 4 huge pools, brilliant for kids with walk in sections for the younger babies or hard of walking. The only down fall is you are not allowed any inflatables in the pool, this is due to a community law and I do understand why. Could you imagine If everyone had an inflatable in the pool it would be very dangerous for young kids, the life guards will have restricted view and you won't be able to swim without hitting one of them. Food is really good, never had a bad meal. There is a food market for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also 2 snack bars by the pools, one is for kids which has burgers, chips, hot dogs and dessert selection, the other is for the adults with lots of fruit, salad and healthy hot options. If you wanted to you can eat from 7.30am right up to 21.30, if one closes another opens. The entertainment in the evening is ok, as always mini disco first then just an average acrobatics or dance show. Lots of bars to chose from, during the day you have 2 by the pool and in the evening you have the main one which is by the outside theatre or if you are travelling with no kids there is a piano bar to enjoy a drink and listening to quite music in the background. There is an adults only pool section which is free of charge no under 18's allowed and also has its own bar. There are belanise bed which are very comfy by the main pool, you need to reserve these at one of the pool side bars at 10am in the morning and cost 15 euros for the day. Rooms are huge with plenty of storage, mirrors and hair dryer, no kettle in the room. I travelled with just me and my mum and I would recommend this hotel for adults or families.

Nos ha gustado mucho, instalaciones comodas y limpias. Los niños se divierten bastante en las zonas infantiles especialmente en las piscinas con diferentes tipos de toboganes y chorros. La comida variada cada día y rica. En general una buena experiencia.

Hotel en Maspalomas. Habitaciones amplias cómodas y muy limpias. Lo mejor los amplios jardines y piscinas q tienen. No hay problema de espacios ni de hamacas. Hay una zona de piscina infantil con toboganes q es una delicia para los niños. Tienen una zona de adultos con camas balinesas. La comida está bastante bien y el comedor tiene una parte de terraza muy agradable

Ha sido una semana genial. El hotel un paraíso inigualable. Estupenda ubicación estupendo clima nada de aire. No hay palabras

Absolutely stunning hotel but the pool beds are so hard to get. You have a policy of not being able to reserve beds but every single bed by the adults only pool is taken and there is no one there. It's so unfair that you say you can't reserve but do nothing about it. To be honest it's spoiling the holiday not being able to sit by the pool without getting up at the crack of dawn. Please sort it out.There are tiny bugs everywhere in the room which is disgusting.The Asian and Italian restaurants are alright but you are allowed to book for 9pmwjen it closes at 10 but by this point they've already stopped cooking so you won't actually find any food, just leftovers.All inclusive soft drinks are good but the wine is horrible.

Thank you for a great week away. Lovely staff helpfull and all working so hard to please. Reception were quick to help with anything including printing for our return flight. Yes the pools get busy but we were never without a sun bed. Also yes people put towels out and go off all day too.Room cleaned everyday. Our first impression was great from the moment we stepped inside. Food amazing and catered for all. Will be back soon.

Hi please can you advise how strict the dress code requirement is for men to wear trousers? We are due to arrive towards end of October and I personally would normally wear a smart polo or tee with chino shorts.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Very good choice if food and drinks with the all inclusive option really enjoyed our week away here.

A part of a larger complex with 1 more hotel. Well worth the trip. Please note that they don't have first aid, this could be a big problem if you get hurt (I did). You will be directed to the pharmacy where you will need to buy your own!. Also no facility for cleaning baby bottles. The mini disco is great for the kids, maybe a bit late at 8.30 but they enjoy it Food is good Cocktails are OK but you can taste the difference between the ones you pay for and the free ones. The paid for ones are not expensive but you can buy a pass for 12 euro a day that gives you every paid for drink. You can't use your towel to reserve a sun bed, so if you need a sunbed just ask the lifeguards. Overall a really nice place to stay and would recommend it.

Unbelievable experience. The best holiday we have ever had. From start to finish. This hotel exceeds all expectations !

El hotel está bastante bien. La comida es buena y la atención también. Habría que mejorar la calidad de las hamacas en la zona playa. La zona adultos es muy agradable pero le falta espacio, pocas hamacas para poder disfrutar la zona. Los bar piscina y su personal son muy amables y simpáticos, te hacen sentir bien. El comedor es amplio, y aunque había bastante gente en personal es rápido y se reponen las cosas con ligereza al igual que recogen las mesas rápido.

Es un oasis en medio del desierto. La atención de todo el personal de servicio ha sido inmejorable. La limpieza perfecta. Las instalaciones son de ensueño. La comida muy correcta. El único pero que le pondría es un poco de música en la zona de la piscina. Sin duda volveremos porque son unas verdaderas vacaciones. Solo tienes que pensar que comer y que beber. Gracias por todo

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel since 2016,but the 1st time since their refit. Well the food hall had the initial 'Wow' factor, but then it seemed to go right down hill! Gone is the theme nights...

Just come back from a week’s stay, thoroughly enjoyable and terrific value for money. The food was excellent, rooms super clean and modern, the pools were plentiful with lots of sun beds available...
