“A special shoutout and thanks to Aurora. She is one of the nicest, friendliest, most attentive and hardworking hostess at the breakfast. As a matter of fact, all of the staff working at the breakfast were super friendly and helpful. There is nothing about my experience that was negative at Northbury. Would definitely stay here in the future.”

“They need to improve their cleaning. I found half of a pill on the bedside table...
Also, the shower faucet was kind of broken. It was hard to use and would only close at a certain position (otherwise it'd leak). It leaked when the shower head was running as well, so the water pressure was weak.
However the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The AC/heating unit worked really well and I liked that there was a microwave in the room. Soundproofing was good - it was very quiet at night.
The staff were all really great and friendly. The free breakfast was a bit simple but it wasn't bad.”
