“Let me start by saying the service was IMPECCABLE! The staff is extremely attentive and made an effort to assure our needs were met in a timely manner.The food: NO!!! Vacation is not just the destination, it is the experience, the ambiance, the FOOD the drinks ... a moment of indulgence, if you will. Let me just start by saying I don't have even ONE positive thing to say about the food. Every dish was horrible. I can't imagine prison food being much worse.I don't know how you mess up a cheese burger but I literally had the grossest cheeseburger of my life ...twice. If I did not venture off the resort I went to bed hungry. I really tried with them, option after option and I was disappointed every single time to the point where I could not finish consumption. I think the renovation budget was to make the restaurants look aesthetically pleasing, however they did spare the budget when it came to the cuisine.Accommodations: The bed was not comfortable. The cooling system is tricky with the balconies, so if you don't close it JUUUST right it will be HOT! The biggest issue with accommodation in our suite was the excessive amount of ants on the window seal/ shower/bathtub area. People don't typically spend thousands of dollars to come on vacations and kill insects.Alcoholic beverages: The drinks were fine, but Only if you order from the bar and sit at the bar. Otherwise, they are extremely diluted and you can literally taste the difference.The only other thing that was a bit bazaar, was the logo that I later realized was a sequence of 3 upside down 6's .. weird. Overall I think this resort is 3.5 stars at best! The food was deplorable and unacceptable on so many levels. Please think twice before your next Le Blanc stay.”

Had a wonderful first time stay here and everything from the food to the service was more than excellent. A big shouts out to our butler Joel who had our back the whole trip. They also setup a (rare) poolside seafood buffet and while I was double dipping with two plates, a random butler came over to offer help bringing it back to the beach and I just thought this was such good service. Really really pleasantly surprised even after reading a million review leading up to this haha. We will be back thank you LBC!

My boyfriend and I vacationed at this resort for my 50th birthday last week. We had previously vacationed here 2 yrs ago as well. The resort is beautiful. The majority of the staff is very courteous & attentive. The food and drinks are subpar for being a 5 diamond hotel. My concern with the resort is 2 yrs ago, my boyfriend came home with a terrible rash which was diagnosed as a FUNGAL rash. We just figured it was due to the abundance of seaweed that year, since I did not go in the ocean, but he did and I seemed fine. AGAIN, this time while we were 4 nights into our stay here, my boyfriend contracted the EXACT same FUNGAL rash! But this time, the ocean waters were clear of seaweed, and I was in the ocean also. He developed the rash the night after going in the room hot tub. We brought this to the attention of Diana-the chief concierge who really doesn’t seem to be concerned or sympathetic to the fact that this is the SECOND time this has happened when visiting this resort. The pain from this rash is unbearable, not to mention horrifying to look at. He can’t rest because of the areas it’s in and has missed 2 days of work…so far!! The hotel doctor changed his report to say that it’s a fungal rash from athletes foot. (Mind you my boyfriend had his socks ON-and DOES NOT have athletes foot!) They’ll say anything I guess to cover the situation. My birthday vacation/celebration was ruined! We now have to see a dermatologist AGAIN and pay for that expense out of pocket since he doesn’t have medical coverage! So much for a relaxing vacation/celebration in paradise! Please rethink your decision on staying at this resort! ****Update- after almost 3 months, we are STILL waiting on our partial refund! Had we left our initial review up, perhaps we wouldn’t be waiting! Extremely unprofessional!

La atención al huésped es increíble, la comida espectacular. En la playa algunos meseros pasan por tu lado y solo atienden a blancos pero es algo no común y lo opaca el excelente servicio de todo lo demás. Excepto por Juan Carlos en playa quien se esmeró y nos atendió súper. Los restaurantes en comida y atención difícilmente otros hoteles los superen,nuestro preferido La Terraza,la comida deliciosa ysi la atención en todo lugar del hotel es buena la de la Terraza es fuera de serie, gracias,Alonso, Luis, Hilario y a todos los demás, terminamos yendo a desayuno almuerzo y cena pues nos encantó.Definitivamente volveremos

My wife and I could not wait to get to Le Blanc! She had researched this hotel for months and months. We stayed for 8 nights. The check in process was seamless, and inviting with a nice refreshing coconut drink and flower. The resort is simply beautiful and very well maintained. Eddie was our butler. He was always professional, courteous, and helpful with anything we needed. Our room always smelled of whatever aroma therapy my wife chose for the day, her bath was drawn with her choice of scented powdered milk, and the pillow menu was a nice added option. I have zero complaints. We also utilized their same day laundry service, and booked through the hotel at 4 golf courses. They had better pricing then booking direct, which was great. Live entertainment at night was a bonus! Great band selection in the Cavo lounge/bar.Just a side note: though the food at all the restaurants was delicately prepared and presented as a 5 star dining experience, we found the flavor profile to be...safe. Nothing that just sang in our mouth. The cocktails, specifically the frozen fruit variety, also lacked a fruity taste. We will return again, perhaps when there's less masks. I felt less on vacation, and more like I was being monitored. Being from Texas, we don't have these levels of restrictions. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this resort to all !

It is hard to put into words how amazing our complete experience was at Le Blanc. Service was impressive, the room and view were both impeccable. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make our stay one that will be hard to beat! I highly recommend the Romantic Dinner on the beach, as well as the VIP massage for couples.

Perfect. We loved Marco our butler. He was on top of our every need. The steak house needs to get better quality steaks on the menu. The other restaurants were 5 star. Room service never took more than 30 minutes. I will tell all my friends about your first class resort. We are going to stay at another one of your resorts in Cabo.

Our first time at an all-inclusive and Le Blanc does not disappoint. We came for our honeymoon and were pampered 24/7.
The butler service is phenomenal.. we went out on an all-day Maya ruin tour and came back to the room to find a prepared bubble bath and a bottle of wine.
The restaurant dining is top notch, the wait staff is eager to please. Even the room service is impressive.
We were told several times that the spa and massage were some of the best, and they were indeed. We will not hesitate to either upgrade or add additional spa treatments next time.

But discriminatory outside by the pool and on the beach. So disappointed. Made a complaint 2 different days, emailed me apologizing but then lied saying and said they had my butler try to make it better IN MY ROOM. LOL. Yea, inside the room. If I wanted to just stay in the room and have a great experience, I wouldn't need to go to Cancun and pay $3500.I absolutely hate when people take people's money, treat them poorly and do not fix the problem. This company lacks integrity. I have videos of their staff going around me and to everyone next to me, as well as some pics. So, I am showing all my friends and family so they can see so that they will not experience this treatment. If they had been honest and did some form of service recovery, I may have tried to go back with my white husband to see if it was better and I got better service, but not even going to bother anymore.

We chose this resort to celebrate 10 years of wedded bliss. A 5 diamond facility at a bargain price since we were just emerging from the pandemic. It lived up to its billing. The employees go out of their way to fulfill any request and make you feel welcome. Everything, from the room and food to the service was exceptional!!Even though it was well staffed, the employees kind of blend into the back drop as they go about their task. The views are picture perfect as the resort is positioned on prime real estate and kept immaculately clean. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a full service all inclusive resort.

Nos unimos a la red Palace recientemente, fuimos a visitar LeBlanc por invitación de la red. Fuimos mal atendidos por Geraldo, que ocupa un puesto directivo. Te falta educación. Si la idea era causar una buena impresión en el hotel, fracasaron. Debido a este servicio, no recomiendo el hotel.

Amazing place. Recommend at least 4 nights so you have ample time to try all their food. Complimentary hydrotherapy treatment included in their SPA is great. Fine dining restaurants, food and drink service on the beach is phenomenal. A must try resort and I believe this is the best in Cancun.24/7 butler service who goes above and beyond to fulfill your requests is a perk at this place.Very clean and continuously sanitized. Very safe to visit during pandemic.

La atencion es muy buena , pero para el precio de ese hotel la comida es horrible en el room service , la comida me las mandaron crudas , no blandas sino aun duras crudas , el ceviche no tenia sabor a nada . El buffett al lado de la piscina nunca estuve en un buffet con comida tan maluca . Realmente a los que pagan el all inclusive que sea por la bebida , porque la comida mejor coman en la calle . De resto la atencion es buena , el hotel es limpio LA COMIDA TERRIBLE FUI CON MI FAMILIA Y TODOS NOS FUE MUY MAL !

If you're even questioning booking a trip, stop! My husband and I own two businesses and have never been able to travel. It was our 20 year wedding anniversary and I booked this on a whim in June for January for 7 days. We had the most amazing trip! So amazing the 2nd we got back I started looking to book again. Our butlers Saul and Cesar did everything to make our trip memorable. Louis and Rafael made our beach experience perfect. We wanted for nothing and everything was responded to as " it really is our pleasure!" I have never met nicer people. I can't wait to be back

Hospitality, Catering staff is amazing and the beach staff is going to make your experience a blissful one.
One star taken away for the service in the jewelry store. Stay away from them !!! The bar is set so high by other groups that this store could not keep up...
Tours and services staff are decent but don’t do a great job explaining the details of the tour. So you have to probe them a lot for details. This could be due to a few training issues with some of the staff.

With my wife, we spent a couple of weeks back in summer 2019 researching destinations in Central America, and we had to read a lot of reviews. We ended-up choosing Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Resort for what seemed to be a fair choice.
We were expecting a good level of service and we thought that the very basic level of service could give us what we wanted, but everything turned out to be excellent.
You feel special from the moment you step in the hotel. There is no lack of administrative or service staff in the hotel, I never spent more than 5 minutes trying to find what I needed.
The hotel view on the beach is absolutely heartwarming.
The restaurants (buffets, the pizza place, the Mexican restaurant, the fine dining, the food served in the room/pool/beach), all of them without any expectations delivered what is promised. Whatever your preference is for food, you will find what you need. You may need to spend some extra dollars at night if you go for certain choices of food (using resort credits and paying the 16% taxes), but we never did that because there were tons of options included in the all-inclusive package.
Now speaking about the butlers on the 3rd floor (Joel and Jose), these guys deserve a promotion. It's been so long that I didn't see people working with such pride and kindness. They are a few steps away from the room or reachable by phone.
There is much to say about this place, but now I understand why many guests call it home. Thank you, Le Blanc!

We came here for our honeymoon and my husbands birthday after reading all of the wonderful reviews. We have been here 4 nights and we are leaving tomorrow.
What we loved was the wonderful service. Everyone was so friendly and they never let you have an empty drink in your hand. As soon as you sit down they are there asking if you would like anything. Our Butler was always eager to provide us with any services we requested.
Check in was smooth, the view from the room was great, we met some really great couples, the staff is amazing at pampering you.
Unfortunately there were some things that we were disappointed about. Our room, although the view is amazing, is so loud. I don't know what goes on above suite 814, but it is noise all night. Dragging chairs, dropping things, it must be a storage unit above us.
Also, we made reservations for the romantic beach dinner prior to our arrival. Our email confirmation said 7:00pm dinner, but our voucher provided at check in said 9:30pm. Regrettably, by the time we checked our voucher it was too late because they were all booked up. When we got our bill, they ended up charging us for the cancelled dinner even though it was their mistake.
Overall the experience was great. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our time in Cancun.
