“This hotel was a pleasant surprise, excellent plus. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate, all amenities available, unfortunately, being ' technically challenged' I found the television too advanced for my level but the staff were most willing to help and were understanding and patient. The breakfast was just fine. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this establishment.”

“The SureStay Hotel is a 5 stars hotel for sure. You can get the best experience if you're around this area. Only 30 min far from Ottawa downtown. Beautiful rooms, designed with style, and very clean. Plus, breakfast. Don't waste your time and money going for hotels/motels in Ottawa or Gatineau, 99% are dirty and outdated, don't clean the rooms, don't include breakfast, and a risk to get bugs. Don't hesitate to visit this place. 100% Satisfied.”
