“I was a vendor (photographer) for a wedding at the hotel and Naiyara helped out tremendously. The couple wanted to do pictures at the Merchant and Trade and there was an event going in that day. She helped me out communicating with the event coordinator to be able to use the space and thanks to her we were able to satisfy the bride plus take amazing photos. Thank you Naiyara for going above and beyond.”

“Paid for the Park View King Balcony, but the balcony was disgusting and unusable. I could not even leave the door open.
The staff is friendly enough, which is on par for a Kimpton. I didn't have much interaction, but when I did, it was good.
I did make them aware of the dirty balcony, but said they were unable to do anything about it. It is so surprising that it was in this state and I'm sure you can tell from the pictures, this is long term neglect. Of the other balconies I could see, they were all like this. If I were aware of this in advance, I would have chosen a different room and saved money.
I'm usually impressed by Kimpton's dining options, but the restaurant at this Kimpton was average. Sometimes a restaurant can have an off night, but I had some colleagues who dined on a different evening who expressed a similar experience.”
