Amazing amazing amazing! One of the best resorts i have been to. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is unbelievable, Interior design is impeccable. All the hotel staff are super friendly and nice, very helpful and supportive at all times. we stayed at a valley facing room, ultimate serenity! Thank you for making our stay memorable ❤️

O pessoal da cozinha muito bom. A comida também era boa Mas tivemos uma experiência muito ruim, pois nosso ar-condicionado não estava funcionando em dois quartos, então reclamaram, eles tentaram consertar, mas isso não aconteceu, mas então solicitamos outro quarto que eles disseram que não garantiriam que a temperatura fosse inferior a 20, a equipe atender nosso problema foi muito rude nos dizendo que podemos ir embora se não ficarmos satisfeitos e não teremos qualquer reembolso, já que não queríamos estragar nossas férias que atrasamos. Também nos disseram para manter as portas da varanda abertas para que fosse fresco. Então, isso significa que devemos comprometer a segurança. E esta não é uma solução em um hotel de luxo onde pagamos caro. Os instrumentos de ginástica eram antigos e não havia instrutor, Piscina muito úmida e fora do padrão.

Uma propriedade incrível e elegante. A propriedade fica a cerca de 40 minutos do entroncamento da estrada Mall. Há uma série de atividades planejadas ao longo do dia para manter os convidados ocupados. Os obstáculos são os quartos e seu vale com vista para restaurantes / cafés. A vista e a decoração são bem feitas. Se eu tivesse que escolher, seria a comida. Poderia ter sido melhor.

El personal de cocina muy bueno. La comida también era buena Pero tuve una muy mala experiencia ya que nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba en dos habitaciones, así que se quejaron, intentaron repararlo pero no sucedió, pero luego solicitamos otra habitación y dijeron que no garantizarán que la temperatura sea inferior a 20, el personal Atender nuestro problema fue bastante grosero diciéndonos que podemos irnos si no estamos satisfechos y no se nos dará ningún reembolso, ya que no queríamos estropear nuestras vacaciones. También nos dijeron que mantuviéramos abiertas las puertas del balcón para que estuviera fresco. Entonces significaba que deberíamos comprometer la seguridad. Y esta no es una solución en un hotel de alta gama donde pagamos mucho. Los instrumentos del gimnasio eran viejos y no había instructor, la piscina era demasiado húmeda y no estaba a la altura.

The kitchen staff very good. Food too was good But had a very bad experience as our AC was not working in two roomsso complained , they did try repairing but it did not happen but then we requested for another room which they said they will not guarantee the temp going less then 20 , the staff attending our problem was quite rude telling us that we can leave if not satisfied and we will not be given any refund, since we did not want to spoil our holidays we held back. We were also told to keep the balcony doors open so it would be cool . So it meant we should compromise on security. And this is not a solution at a high end hotel where we are paying a lot . The gym instruments were old and there was no instructor,Swimming pool too very humid and not upto standard.

Una propiedad asombrosa y elegante. La propiedad está a unos 40 minutos del cruce de la carretera Mall. Hay una serie de actividades planificadas a lo largo del día para mantener ocupados a los invitados. Sin embargo, lo más destacado son las habitaciones y sus restaurantes / cafés con vista al valle. La vista y la decoración están bien hechas. Si tengo que recoger liendres, sería la comida. Pudo haber sido mejor.

An Amazing and Elegant property. Property is about 40mins from the Mall road junction. There are a number of activities planned across the day to keep the guests busy. The showstoppers are the rooms and their valley overlooking restaurants/cafes though. The view and the decor are well done . If I have to nit pick, it would be the food. It could've been better.

Tudo aqui é praticamente o que você esperaria em um resort JW em qualquer lugar do mundo. Serviço impecável e pessoal cortês. As atividades na propriedade eram em sua maioria ótimas - ioga, música ao vivo, lanches noturnos etc.Só queria que os outros convidados fossem um pouco mais educados! As pessoas não sabem o que é uma fila, correm para os elevadores sem deixar os outros saírem primeiro e crianças sem lei correm pelos corredores gritando noite adentro.

Aquí todo es más o menos lo que cabría esperar en un resort de JW en cualquier parte del mundo. Servicio impecable y personal cortés. Las actividades en la propiedad fueron en su mayoría geniales: yoga, música en vivo, bocadillos por la noche, etc.¡Ojalá los demás invitados fueran un poco más educados! La gente no sabe lo que es una cola, se apresuran a subir a los ascensores sin dejar salir a los demás primero y los niños sin ley corren por los pasillos gritando hasta bien entrada la noche.

Everything here is pretty much as you would expect at a JW resort anywhere in the world. Impeccable service and courteous staff. Activities in the property were mostly great - yoga, live music, the evening snacks etc.Just wish the fellow guests were a little more mannered! People don't know what a queue is, rush into elevators without letting others out first and lawless children run around corridors screaming well into the night.

Excellent location - between Mall road and Kempty falls. Courteous staff. Buffet spread (Breakfast and dinner) is stupendous. Three restaurants to choose from which is great. Vast property. Hygienic and maintained. Kids zone rides and certain outdoor activities such as trampoline should've been complimentary. High tea snacks items can be significantly improved.
