Was here for a few days as a caterer, had a great experience with all the staff, especially Abner, who was always there for us when we needed anything at all. Salvador the busboy was very helpful and professional. We had to use valet many times and they were all cool guys who took care of us quickly. Everyone else we worked with along the way was courteous and professional as well.

An older building built with a grand architecture that is a tiny dated by modern standards but it’s still held up very well all things considered. The lobby is very clean and the front fascia facing Brickell Ave is absolutely beautiful.A little unintuitive for car access as you have to turn before in to the street before the hotel which is easy to miss. Not super easy to access if you miss that turn, you have to snake around the back streets to get back.Cash prices are a little steep but we were able to stay on points for a reasonable price and they honored all of the Marriott Platinum benefits albeit in a little bit of an unusual way. The executive lounge benefit is just 1 wine/beer drinks and 1 appetizer per person at the restaurant in the afternoon.The breakfast is also a bit limited with just 1 entree and 1 drink per person is complimentary. For both of these restaurants the service was very friendly and professional albeit extremely slow. Seemed to be constantly short staffed although the front desk was well staffed and didn’t have to wait long for check-in or check-out which was nice.

Just had a lovely stay for a long weekend. Lovely place and wonderful times at the restaurant with family. Consistently helpful and very friendly. Great for family get togethers as we had four rooms booked and did a nice Sunday brunch.

I loved this place!! The staff was super friendly and fun! It was right in the heart of Miami!! The rooms were so cool and they had an amazing view!! I loved their breakfast feast and they even had bowling!! It was great!

Mi presencia en este lugar fue por una invitación del Consulado Argentino en Miami......q uso instalaciones del 5* piso como lugar para dejar nuestros votos por el candidato q nos represente y dirigir los destinos de nuestra Patria. Y todo se desarrolló en armonía y rápidamente en un lugar muy bien cuidado, sumamente limpio y donde losvotantes se pudieron sentir cómodos y seguros....Gracias al Consulado y a los colaboradores q con su diligencia hicieron un momento de reencuentro entre connacionales y al JW Marriot por su eficacia.

It was a pleasant stay at the JW Marriott. The valet was attentive, check-in easy and the suite clean and spacious. It's conveniently located downtown with a magnificent view from the top floors.
One recommendation is to upgrade the breakfast a bit. Fresh baked quality bread and fruit goes a long way.
The manager Flor made sure we didn't need anything during our stay and we appreciated the staff's efforts to make our stay special.
