“I'm very disappointed with our stay. This hotel has very few amenities. You can't get a non-alcoholic drink (other than from room service) after 8pm. Their gift shop is under renovation so you have NO access to sundries and all of the vending machines are broken. There was a very nice front desk gentleman named Cedric but other than him, it was ALL very disappointing!”

“If you're a young couple looking to book a hotel, maybe find a different place. The staff here all treated me and my husband as though we where not supposed to be there, they where very short and rude anytime we had questions, all while being nice to the older couples before and after us. We where very obviously not welcome. It was quite a shock just getting off a cruise where everyone was nice. I'll be sure to recommend to all my friends to find a different place while staying in long beach. Very beautiful rooms, and great views though.”
