“The good: Room was clean and reasonably up to date. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. A staff member gave us some rewards points to try to compensate for lack of hot water (see below). The bad: I didn't have hot water in my shower. When I told an employee, she said that that can sometimes happen during breakfast hours "because they are doing all that cooking". Huh!?! No one looked into the problem until I called again that evening (still lacking hot water). Also, the hotel has managed to acquire the slowest elevator on the planet (how's that for an over-the-top statement?). One of the two elevators was out of order during our whole stay, so people were always lined up and had to wait to use the elevator.”
