“Usually I love staying at the Hyatt, they are clean, comfortable and have kind staff. This one has a great view of the airport, and my kids loved watching the planes take off and land! And there isn't a big nose problem!
However this Hyatt did not leave me with good feelings.
Being by the airport they offer trip parking for a small fee which we paid then left our vehicle there to go on our trip. When we returned our vehicle was no longer there!
They have no security cameras to help us even know which day it was stolen! Then when I asked if we could get a room to stay because I could no longer leave, they said they had none to offer.
They where kind enough to let me stay in their stylish lobby for 2.5 hours with my 4 wild children while I waited for the police to take care of their part.
Overall I will probably never stay there again knowing my property is not safe there.”

“Fairly inexpensive place for parking. The clerk was very helpful, giving me bottled water, a remote for the TV while I waited for Lyft he called for me. I would definitely use them again.”
