“Edit to update 8/9/2021: Finally got to speak to a member of management, not the general manager. We aren't being charged for the towels missing when we arrived. Housekeeping says there were zero towels in the room after we checked out. If you stay here I highly recommend having the linen counted before you checkout. Charged $119 for mediocre towels. The ones I bought from Walmart are thicker! Back to waiting to hear from the general manager because he is the only person who can decide if we stole the towels or not.
Nice place to stay but make sure your room is completely ready before you take it. We arrived to a room without towels. We asked a maid on the floor and she said she had none on her cart. We asked the front desk and they said they would send us two sets. We had to call a second time before finally receiving towels. After checking out we were charged for 2 sets of towels as though we stole them. I've left 3 messages for the general manager and he won't call me back.”

“While staying at the Hyatt for the weekend to attend my brother’s wedding, we encountered a very unusual set of circumstances surrounding tropical storm Henri where my brother and his bride had to cancel all of their ceremonies plans. Prashant, and his team of rockstars: Jarrell, Roger, Danny, Alex, and Luis, jumped into action to help us pull off a wedding miracle in a matter of hours. What was disastrous and disappointing turned into a fun, intimate, and lovely impromptu wedding. We literally could not have done it without them. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, compassionate, understanding, and gracious. They made sure we had everything we needed and I don’t even know what magical bag they pulled them out of. They helped set-up, direct guests, rearrange the room, and so much more. It was unbelievable and amazing! The next day, we all gathered and just spent the day hanging out together in the inviting and comfortable lobby. It was the best way to celebrate what we had pulled off the day before, stay out of the weather, and bring our family all together. Our king bed room was very spacious, and the bride and her team had no problem taking it over to get ready. At the end of some very long days it was great to fall into bed and crash. I will be staying here EVERY TIME I come to visit our newlywed couple. Thank you to your entire group at this location!”
