“I have stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and come with high expectations for this chain. The highlights were the friendly service provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were very dated and in need of remodel; the paint was pealing off the previously re-painted old tub, the carpet had a large red stain and the general interior of the room was dark and appearance of being dirty. The breakfast was low quality and mediocre. Please remodel for your employee and staff's sake.”

“This place was a blessing! We originally stayed at another hotel in Jacksonville which was HORRIBLE. I was so desperate to leave I left without a refund and changed the Hyatt. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was extremely clean, beautiful rooms, quiet and spacious. A MUCH better experience!”
