On top of my last review, there was robbery in the hotel across the way and the security guard from this hotel was there and told me to “shut up don’t say anything” and didn’t want me talking to the cops about what happened. I did anyways and the staff from this hotel was upset with me for making a police report. So I definitely think the staff is robbing clients. Watch out for your stuff when you stay here

Customer service was great!! The room was spacious but the pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable and you can feel every spring. Complimentary breakfast was burnt.

Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e prestativos, o quarto era limpo e bem decorado, e os preços estavam a par para a área. Minha única implicância é quando os hotéis oferecem e até anunciam acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, mas o serviço gratuito é tão lento que lembra a pior conexão discada. A outra opção é pagar a conta da internet de "alta velocidade", que tenho certeza que não é nada impressionante. Se você vai oferecer internet gratuita que não tem largura de banda para carregar páginas da web básicas, seja honesto e diga que a internet tem um custo extra.

Este hotel proporcionou a mim e à minha família uma das melhores experiências de estadia em hotel até hoje. Meu marido é militar e com essa carreira vêm os movimentos tão esperados. Esta mudança é difícil para os meus 3 filhos pequenos, e este hotel deu-lhes uma memória maravilhosa! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, há jogos em família no átrio, bem como jantar e pequeno-almoço gratuitos. O gerente até fez um gesto muito “doce” para os meninos que fizeram sua noite. Aceita animais de estimação ($ 50) com quartos limpos e aconchegantes, você não pode superar isso!

Este hotel nos ha proporcionado a mi familia y a mí una de las mejores experiencias de estadía hasta la fecha. Mi esposo es militar y con esa carrera vienen los movimientos tan esperados. Esta mudanza es difícil para mis 3 hijos pequeños, ¡y este hotel les ha dado un recuerdo maravilloso! El personal es muy amable, hay juegos familiares en el vestíbulo, así como cena y desayuno de cortesía. El gerente incluso hizo un gesto muy "dulce" para los chicos que hizo su noche. Se admiten mascotas ($ 50) con habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, ¡no se puede superar eso!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and well appointed, and pricing was on par for the area. My one pet peeve is when hotels offer and even advertise free Wi-Fi, but the free service is so slow it's reminiscent of the worst dialup. The other option is to foot the bill for "high-speed" internet, which I'm sure is less than impressive. If you're going to offer free internet that does not have the bandwidth to load basic webpages then just be honest and state that internet is an extra charge.

This hotel has provided myself and my family one of the best hotel stay experiences to date. My husband is military, and with that career comes the much anticipated moves. This move is a hard one for my 3 young kids, and this hotel has given them a wonderful memory! The staff are all so kind, there are family games in the lobby, as well as complimentary dinner and breakfast. The manager even made a very “sweet” gesture for the boys that made their night. Pet friendly ($50) with clean and cozy rooms , you can’t beat that!

Os quartos eram excelentes. O próprio hotel era muito sujo e não era mantido limpo. O café da manhã era a mesma coisa todos os dias. A gerente chamada Stephanie não é muito profissional, ela não se preocupa com o hóspede nem com os jardins. Várias pessoas reclamaram de um carro que estava com todas as janelas quebradas, não só aconteceu duas vezes nesta propriedade. Stephanie também altera as tarifas e estadias dos quartos. A gerente assistente Angela é incrível, ela realmente se preocupa e concordou comigo sobre as condições do hotel. Além disso, o Spa não funcionou durante o mês e meio que ficamos lá. A porta dos fundos não parava de quebrar. Você não podia usar uma chave normal para entrar pela porta, você tinha que usar uma chave digital. Este hotel poderia ser melhor se eles tivessem um gerente diferente !!

Este foi um dos melhores estadias de hotel que tive em muito tempo. Uma coisa que valorizo muito é um quarto limpo e silencioso. Este hotel entregou em ambas as frentes. Fui transferido para uma suíte de dois quartos e o quarto que usei não compartilhava uma parede com outro quarto. Foi extremamente silencioso durante a estadia. Além disso, o cara que fez o check-in foi extremamente amigável e acolhedor.

Esta fue una de las mejores estancias en hoteles que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Una cosa que valoro mucho es una habitación limpia y tranquila. Este hotel cumplió en ambos frentes. Me ascendieron a una suite de dos dormitorios y el dormitorio que usé no compartía una pared con otra habitación. Fue muy tranquilo durante toda la estancia. Además, el chico que me registró fue extremadamente amable y acogedor.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. One thing that I value a lot is a clean and quiet room. This hotel delivered on both fronts. I was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite and the bedroom I used did not share a wall with another room. It was extremely quiet throughout the stay. Also, the guy checking me in was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were excellent. The hotel itself was very dirty and not kept clean. Breakfast was the same thing every single day. The manager named Stephanie is not very professional she does not care about her guest nor does she care about the grounds. Several people complained about a car that had all it windows busted out not only did it happen twice at this property. Stephanie also changes room rates and stays. The assistant Manager Angela is amazing she actually truly cares and agreed with me on the condition of the hotel. Also the Spa did not work for the month and half that we stayed there. Back door kept breaking. You couldn’t use a regular key to get in the door you had to use a digital key. This hotel could be nicer if they had a different Manager!!

O WiFi no quarto é terrível, melhor usar apenas seus próprios dados.A segurança é inexistente, nosso carro teve seu catalisador roubado no estacionamento.O café da manhã é apenas normal, a mesma coisa todos os dias.A cama era confortável, mas é difícil sentar no sofá dobrável da sala de estar por mais de meia hora. A cozinha é conveniente (micro-ondas, fogão e geladeira, sem forno).

WiFi in the room is terrible, better off just using your own data.Security is non-existent, our car had its catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot.Breakfast is just okay, same thing every day.Bed was comfortable, but fold-out couch in living room is hard to sit on for more than a half-hour. Kitchen is convenient (microwave, range-top, and fridge, no oven.)

O Homewood Suites foi um oásis para a nossa viagem em família. Voamos para deixar nosso filho em U de Redlands e ficamos alguns dias para vê-lo partir. A vibração desta instalação é limpa e agradável e os quartos são silenciosos e bem decorados. Há muitos lugares de estacionamento e muitos restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. A piscina é de bom tamanho, fora e limpa. Usamos a cozinha e a geladeira e achamos as mesas extras úteis para levar as refeições. Havia 3/4 adultos no quarto o tempo todo e não nos sentimos apertados. A bagagem ficou um pouco bagunçada, mas o armário é de bom tamanho.

Don't stay, it was awful. Haven't stay in a property this bad in many years. I grounds are filthy, weeds everywhere. Pool poorly maintained, hot tub broken. Told there was to be a breakfast included. Out of almost everything. There response when we and others complained was sorry.Management should be terminated.

The Homewood Suites was an oasis for our family trip.We flew down to drop our son at U of Redlands and stayed a few days to see him off. The vibe of this facility is clean and pleasant and the rooms are quiet and nicely appointed.There is plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.The pool is good sized, outside and clean.We used the kitchen and fridge and found the extra tables helpful for take out meals.There were 3/4 adults in the room all the time and we didn't feel cramped.Luggage got a little messy, but the closet is good sized.

Me quede vacacionando un mes completo aquí y el servicio es increíble, el personal es altamente atento, es un lugar callado, mi tarjeta solía desactivarse varias veces a la semana y el personal de recepción siempre fue amable a la hora de re programarla, el happy hour vale 100% la pena, tienen buena cerveza y la comida es maravillosa, espero volver pronto y disfrutar de este lugar y su atención.
