Hotel muito bonito e muito bom. Quartos são espaçosos e a limpeza de maneira geral é muito boa, mas pode melhorar, pois nosso quarto ficou um dia sem housekeeping. Uma desvantagem que pesa para o hotel é que ele élonge de quase tudo. A pé você só consegue se deslocar para uma pizzaria (Sal's), uma Stabucks, duas Dunkin Donnuts e uma Staples. Não oferece serviço de transfer para o aeroporto e para as principais localizações da cidade.

This is one of the nicest Hiltons in the area. I love the ambiance. The service is good. They have a nice pool and great places to relax. Breakfast is very good!

Que vergonha, Hilton! Esta foi a minha visita absoluta na área, mas agora eles não são nada mais do que outra empresa procurando se esconder atrás de uma ladainha de desculpas. Cadeia de suprimentos, não consigo fazer as pessoas trabalharem etc. etc. sem restaurante / bar no Dom + Seg - sério ?? Pelo menos, eles devem ser tão claros sobre isso quando fizerem a reserva quanto às políticas de cancelamento infames. Se você não puder abrir um negócio e fornecer serviços completos, feche-o ou reduza os preços! Qualquer viajante inteligente irá examinar minuciosamente o que eles recebem com o dinheiro e quais serviços são fornecidos e, se você não conseguir acompanhar, não terá sucesso.

Shame on you Hilton !This was my absolute go to in the area but now they are nothing more than another business looking to hide behind a litany of excuses.Supply chain,can’t get people to work etc. etc.. no restaurant/ bar on Sun + Mon - really ???At least they should be as clear on this to guests when they book as the infamous cancellation policies.If you cannot open a business and provide full services then close it or reduce prices !Any smart traveler is going to scrutinize what they get for the money and what services are provided and if you cannot keep up you will not succeed.

Eu amo esse hotel, o design é lindo e limpo. O pessoal é simpático e educado e sempre útil. O buffet de café da manhã e a comida do restaurante são deliciosos. Eu fiquei em um dos quartos maiores com varanda e vista para a piscina. Foi aqui algumas vezes e definitivamente voltando. :)A única coisa que gostaria que fosse melhor comunicada é a disponibilidade do restaurante. Eu e meu parceiro fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel e estava lotado incluindo o bar. ninguém mencionou na recepção que tínhamos que reservar e que estava acontecendo um evento que deixou o restaurante ainda mais movimentado.

One of the greatest Hilton properties I have ever stayed in, which is why this was my third visit to this location. The rooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the food is great, and most importantly to me, the gym is stocked with all the right equipment. All of the staff is attentive and friendly, about the only negative is there are no other food options within walking distance…not that you need them if Matador is open.

I love this hotel, the design is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and polite and always helpful. The buffet breakfast and restaurant food is delicious. I stayed at one of the bigger rooms with a balcony and pool view. Been here few times and definitely returning. :) The only thing I wish was communicated better is the restaurant availability. Me and my partner went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was fully booked including the bar. no one mentioned at the desk that we had to reserve and that there was an event going on and that made the restaurant even busier.

I stayed here multiple times over the summer and into the fall as my dog had surgery at a nearby emergency hospital. Upon one of my last stays, during the check-in we were asked about us to town, when I mentioned my dog was having emergency surgery I was immediately asked if there was anything they could do or if I needed a late check out. In fact, Ireally could have used a late check out, so they made sure I would not have to check out the following day until 4 PM. My dog surgery ended up being a lot more challenging than anticipated. Being in a comfortable place to wait for updates on him definitely helped ease my anxiety. Not only is the service great but the rooms are also very spacious and the beds are some of the most incredible beds I’ve ever slept on.

A very very nice hotel. Pay for breakfast only buffet was hot food with a nice selection of breakfast food,fruit and other goodies. Hotel had a nice size indoor swimming pool and a large workout room . Hotel staff was the best from check-in to housekeeping. Rooms were spacious and well taken care of. Hotel has a parking garage and an outside parking area where large vehicles can park.

Hotel in nice off main road location with big free parking lot. Room 110 was very nice with a balcony view of pool. Pool perfect temperature & I had whole pool to my self later in evening. Tons of pool towels by entrance too. Shower head was powerful & plenty of hot water. No maid serve 2nd day but that might be something we did not know to ask for. Small fridge in room but no microwave. No free food & restaurant was too expensive for us even though it smelled delicious. We found out how well fire alarm works when it went off around 3 pm. Told use to evacuate so we headed out to see fireman heading to reset panel. Not sure what happened it was other side of building. They had someone looking @ fire panel next morning. We would stay here again.
