“Giving 1 star as I cannot give 0. The room was very nice and the location is what it is, but all the rest....
I mean my fiancee literally found glass in his apple strudel... When notified the server offered to swap the dessert to a different kind. Given we refused he offered us our two desserts but when we asked for some proof in case there was a medical issue after, he simply refused, took the plates away and wished us good bye....
The check in was also a disaster. The lady was polite but could not have given less information. Real handy when you come for the first time.
Finally, out of the 3 meals we had, an item was forgotten every time.
I've known of Hilton's before as a standard however this one falls well and truly below the Hilton standard. I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.”

Vienna is not a small city and maybe this hotel is not in the centre, but it has its own lovely perks. It is quite and the rooms can have a nice view on the Danube river. It has all the services that a nice Hilton has, wellness centre and executive lounge. From these you can have a nice view and have a nice rest. The staff was very nice and also helpful. Enjoyed our stay and I so believe the pictures speak for them self.”
