“Not sure why this hotel has 3.9 stars. It’s tolerable for the price point. A good option for folks needing to travel to the medical center (which is a high number of guests). I stayed here for business. The rooms are old. No room service options. The single rooms are connected to each other by a door and you can hear every conversation in the adjoining room. No privacy as a result. If your used to the Best Western in Houston this is a clean version of the same. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel-go to ZaZa, they are AMAZING.”
