Até agora o hotel é excepcional, com excelente infraestrutura de lazer, quartos completos e confortaveis, num verdadeiro paraiso. Os unicos problemas é que o hotel é muito horizontal e a recepção fica num dos extremos (e claro que fiquei no outro extremo) e o frigobar do quarto é pequeno

Sensacional com excelente estrutura hoteleira e na praia. Recomendo passeio a Bimini e Hilton resort. Amei!

Excelente estrutura, embora valhaa pena sair e ir visitar as outras praias da ilha, e conhecer as vilas dos moradores locais.

Praias maravilhosas. Não tem 5 estrelas porque os preços de alimentação são muito altos. O mais barato, um cheseburguer, fica por 24 dólares, com taxas. E não há opção.

O Resort disponibiliza o sistema day-use, com o mini Cruzeiro que parte de Miami. A infraestrutura é fantástica, com funcionários extremamente prestativos. A piscina com borda infinita na cobertura dá uma visão impressionante do entorno, mas só pode ser usada por adultos. A piscina do térreo conta com um bar com deck molhado, onde vc pode provar uma Kalic, cerveja local. Na praia, vc pode ficar em La Luna, com a mesma qualidade de atendimento.

Bom. Falta vários itens para conforto dos hóspedes e para aqueles com day pass.

Hotel maravilhoso, já te recebe com música ao vivo animadíssima no saguão de entrada! Restaurante delicioso, café da manhã super farto. Os quartos tem a qualidade Hilton, sem contar as piscinas maravilhosas. A de baixo circunda a parte externa do hotel, com um bar e um deck para curtir o sol. E a piscina infinita que tem no último andar tem uma vista paradisíaca da costa de Bimini!

I'm going to cut to the chase, out of fairness to the google community! Run away from this hotel at all costs or think twice before making a reservation!!! I am a Hilton Honors member and Diamond level, I stay in hotels around the world and I can tell you that I have rarely seen a Hilton so poorly maintained. But where is the management of the hotel? The real question is there really one? In addition to the few defects in the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, what is most shocking is the lack of professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. There are very big gaps! As for the food, the prices are prohibitive and expensive for mediocre quality, $24 excluding taxes and service for a plate of pasta with Bolognese sauce…. Obvious theft!!! If only they were well cooked and good... but they weren't... Real incompetents... All accompanied by a service operated by people who have not received any training … unfortunately it is not their fault, but that of the management … In short, if you want to literally feel plucked, go there…. If you want to save your money ABSOLUTELY RUN AWAY!

Lets begin with the positive. Nice hotel, clean well maintained and the restaurant food is good. We planned this trip months in advance to see Shaggy perform live. After 3 hours of waiting for Shaggy to perform Saturday, we were told Shaggy would not be performing due to audio issues. Why wait 3 hours to notify people he would not be performing?? The next morning I asked to speak to the Manager Lisa S, I was told to come back after 11:00. I returned and she would not even take the time to come to the front desk and speak to me, rather she told her staff to let me know there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. I expect more from a Hilton property. Bottom line is if you looking for luxury exceptional service, this is not for you. Fun in the sun and a party atmosphere! This is the place.

We are a diamond Hilton Honors member. We travel quite a lot and always stays at Hilton Hotels. I have never experienced such bad service. I just want to start by saying the servers at the cassino bar are The ONLY nice people at the hotel. We actually decided to have dinner at the casino bar instead of the restaurant because it was the only place I didn’t feel like the servers were doing us an enormous favor by serving us. Special thank you to Wally who made my favorite drinks and was so sweet and kind.I decided to list all the horrible service experiences below, so hopefully they will improve them:CHECK-IN: people had no knowledge of the hotel and almost no information was given about our stay other than the room number. No information about free breakfast, beach transfer, little town or anythingHOUSEKEEPING: Inexistent during our stay, and there was no water in the room (perks of Hilton honors members)LOBBY BAR: absolutely the worst service around the entire hotel. Any order I made there I felt like they were doing us the biggest favor of their lives. I was super cold, so I was sitting outside with my husband while having drinks from the bar and when I order an appetizer it never came. When I went inside to ask about the appetizer the guy looked at me with dispair and said he was going to ask someone to check on it for me. I kindly asked if they could take the food to us in the outside are (only couple feet from the bar). He answered with a weird face and said if it was raining, he wouldn’t get his workers wet. Mind you, I was the first table outside and obviously I wasn’t out drinking in the rain. When the server came with the food, he made sure to look up to show us that it was raining (although he never had to go through the rain since we were sitting right by the door under the covered area)POOL “RESTAURANT” a bar with the same food from the lobby bar (although they had a menu, they weren’t serving it because the hotel didn’t have enough guests to serve the food from the pool “restaurant”)Throughout the hotel people were so unfriendly that I couldn’t believe they were from the island. We travel through the Caribbean Island a lot and I had never experienced such a horrible service.You can have the best amenities in a hotel, but if you are mistreated throughout your entire stay, there is no way it can be enjoyable. We will NEVER come back here.

Movilidad permanente desde el hotel a las playas y a todo lugar

Hotel is nice, but is in need of general upkeep. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This resort DOES NOT honor Hilton status/membership which is very disappointing. The pool is nice but there are only a handful of chairs, which are in the shade more then they are in the sun. The beach club is amazing, but is closed on days when the cruise ship is there. Overall disappointed with all the little nuisances that I was not made aware of prior to or during booking

Paradise! What a relaxing and enjoyable gateway.Beautiful beaches, the locals are friendly, and the island seems peaceful. The food at the resort is ridiculously expensive and lack variety. However, most of the local food is affordable and delicious. This is it restaurant and Joe's restaurant serve delicious Bahamian food. CJ customer service was atrocious. They had 2 mean miserable women who are ruining their business. Big Game is over-rated,customer service is good yet food is tasteless and overpriced. We rented a golf cart from Sluggo and Renee for the weekend to commute and tour the island. The mango cheesecake from the Sushi Bar is delicious. The resort was clean and staff were friendly. They have sanitation station throughout the hotel and mask is mandated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is the 3rd time we come here and we have experienced the best time possible including the 3 most amazing employees you guys have here staring with Lexus he has been the most accommodating bartender all three times we’ve been here and Philly the front desk clerk has always been very nice helped us out with our luggage recommended different restaurants and sights for us to check out during our stay and Alfred Hollywood was so nice to us at the bar last few days had great meals and amazing cocktails highly recommended my wife wouldn’t let me leave the hotel without leaving this hotel. Bimini hotel resorts i highly recommend to anyone traveling and check out balearía ferry for amazing deals!!!!!!!!!

Super clean space and excellent resort staff! Be aware that the beach does close to everyone when a cruise ship rolls in -- the cruise line rents the beach space during docking. Was given the heads up beforehand, though. The front desk is super friendly and efficient, and you can arrange a golf cart rental for any off-resort wanderings. The resort also helped set up a snorkel day. All in all, a beautiful space and a relaxing trip!!

Be aware, even though you pay a lot of money to stay at this resort, if a cruise ship comes in, you will not be allowed to use the beach that you paid for. We were kicked out even with our Hilton wrist bands. The service is extremely slow and even forgot to put our order for dinner in one evening. So be prepared to have lots of time waiting around.

Stayed for New Years 2022. Overall a great time. Only reason not 5 stars is getting some food orders can be very slow, so accomodate for island time. Beach club is amazing. The Bahamian people are always such a joy to interact with and so warm and welcoming.

Excelente hotel. Hermosas vistas. Las habitaciones son excelentes, amplias , bien decoradas y con balcón. Esta sobre la marina y 400 metros de unas playas espectaculares

Hotel donde tienes que pagar por todos los extras a altos precios. Desayuno 30 dólares por persona. Además el servicio es deficiente, el personal del hotel se equivoca y no le da importancia.El restaurante llamado Big game sirve tomate y lechuga podridos. Te cobran por propina 18% pero se tardan 30 minutos en ir a pedir tu orden y no te miran nuevamente en toda la velada.El hotel es muy bonito, las piezas limpias, el entorno es hermoso, pero siento que me quiero ir por la gente (Floja, indiferente y poco atenta) no es el servicio de hotel que encuentras en otros países como Francia, Suecia, Turquia, República Checa y otros.

Un lugar maravilloso. Más allá de estar en un paraíso natural, las instalaciones del hotel son un lujo a la vista. Ambientes muy cómodos y lindos. Almorcé una hamburguesa deliciosa en el restaurante al lado del casino. También fui al rooftop. Impecable. Una pileta enorme y un barcito. Fue una gran experiencia tomar un daikiri frente a tremendo paisaje.

Es un paraíso. El lugar es precioso, la atención es buena, podría ser mejor. Pero nada empaña la experiencia, te cobran por todo extra. La playa es un paraíso, mar turquesa agua transparente, arena fina y blanca, sol todo el día. El hotel tiene wifi, aire acondicionado, las habitaciones son muy linda. Tiene varias piletas muy grandes y bien cuidadas, con bares y bufet. También hay un casino donde además de jugar se puede comer. Fue una experiencia increíble.

Pasamos un día en este Resort y la verdad es que la experiencia fue muy grata. La terraza con piscina de la planta superior tiene unas vistas increíbles, y la comida que ofrecen en ese bar está deliciosa. Los precios son bastante caros, al fin y al cabo se aprovechan de los turistas y de la ubicación. El trato por parte de los camareros es estupendo y la limpieza bastante buena.
