“Very nice hotel as far as appearance. However the cleanliness is NOT up to par. We saw a few rats and someone reported a roach in their room. All beds were not comfortable, and room sheets and towels were not 100% clean. The escalators and elevators kept malfunctioning, cause many of the guest to become injured. One was rushed to the hospital and has 24 stitches. The hotel was rated a 2 because the staff is friendly, but really wouldn't recommend the hotel, especially if you have a large group. You are better off staying at another hotel in the area. Parking is also very expensive along with staying in the hotel. You are paying for an unclean, understaffing, pest infested hotel. Prayerfully, they do a lot better in the future, but only go here if it's your resort!”
