Tranquilo, confortável, atendimento atencioso

The hotel is beautiful but there was no topper on our bed, just the naked duvet inner, which I doubt is dry cleaned or changed between customers; it felt icky to sit on the bed but there were no other seats in the Seaside King room. We were also given a room without a spa bath (just a tiny shower) despite all the photos used to advertise the room including one. When I said that it appeared that we had been put in the wrong room, the receptionist quickly moved us rooms but said I should have asked for the spa bath, which seems odd considering we had paid for one as advertised in the room photos. I assume they do this to cut corners. Nevertheless, the spa bath was absolutely amazing and the bed was comfortable. But there was also no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or baths salts in the bathroom or moisturiser by the basin. Moreover, the kitchen and bar were closed so it felt more like a air bnb room then a serviced hotel. For the price we paid for the night, the room is sorely lacking. If you are after something cute and clean and close to the airport with no vibes then this is the place for you! Ótima localização, mas o quarto era minúsculo, a cama era desconfortável e o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, fazia barulhos e o painel de toque ficava ligando periodicamente e iluminando o quarto. Pior noite de sono que já tive. Saiu às 5h. A recepção foi autônoma com um número de telefone celular para ligar.

This was a lovely getaway, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the the lady Kim was amazing. The staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Beautiful and clean. Would be great if they offer breakfast. Room is comfortable. Can be noisy when flights into airport but bearable. Bonito e limpo. Seria ótimo se eles oferecessem café da manhã. Quarto é confortável. Pode ser barulhento quando os voos para o aeroporto, mas suportável.

Uno de los hoteles con más encanto donde hemos estado! Unas vistas de ensueño y un atardecer que merece ver desde la habitación. Nuestra habitación daba a la pequeña marisma del pueblo y las vistas eran espectaculares. Todo muy limpio y la cama enooorme y muy cómoda.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Habitación muy limpia, el baño es completamente nuevo. Hemos tenido vistas al mar (cuando está la marea alta 😄 ). Es un sitio muy tranquilo (a excepción del ruido de los aviones durante el día). El personal del hotel es muy simpático. La única pega, es que está lejos del centro de la ciudad, debes coger el coche para poder ver Nelson y el resto de las zonas, ya que caminando es un buen trecho. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas, ya que la estancia ha sido muy placentera.
