I'm truly amazed at how friendly all the staff was at this hotel. Everyone from the valet the cleaning staff, the front desk, the waitresses and the nice man that helped us with our bags. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Anywhere is better at this rate. They were accommodating for my late arrival but that’s where the courtesy ended. I needed one more set of towels on my first night of arrival. It was delivered to my room at 2 AM! My family had the sniffles so we used the Kleenex and expected when we returned that not only would the towels be replaced but the toiletries. Guess what they did? NOTHING! The room was untouched. No fresh linens, no clean restroom, no towels. Called the front desk to request replacements. The phone literally rang until it hung itself up. I called the concierge expecting better results…SAME. My husband went down to the lobby to report our issues and the front desk only excuse was they were busy. Nothing more. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend this hotel. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They do not deliver at their price point.

I hate to not give them a full five stars. The ribeye cowboy steak was impeccable and our servers were delightful! I'm a 20% tipper most of the time for good service they were so amazing they got 25% from me, which is a rarity. I give 18% if servers basically have delivered my food and not spilled anything on me... 😂 And if you're rude and you spill things on me you still probably will get 15%. I took a star away because the hostess staff was subpar, unwelcoming and not very professional. With a reservation my table should be ready at the time of the reservation and especially when not busy. Also when my husband called for the reservation they told him about the free valet parking but not that the first stand was closed in front of the hotel, when I mentioned it to the hostess she then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that they always tell people not to go to the first stand.... No that's the point of me telling you that we weren't told, I hate people who do not listen and then argue when I'm just giving information about a lack of service and if it wasn't a high-end restaurant I wouldn't have bothered at all. She had me so irritated that I was ready to speak to a manager. Not something I want to do when out celebrating my anniversary. So thankfully we had the most amazing servers who turned around the night and then some! Even gave us a special little happy anniversary dessert!

Amazing stay! Located at the very end of the river but close enough to walk to everything. They even had indoor golf! Really close to tower of America. Self parking was 40 dollars but I think it was worth the short elevator ride to get straight to the car. They also offer public parking if you aren't staying overnight. First trip to San Antonio and would stay again. Very short walk to the river shopping place. Not many shops but you can walk through to the Alamo in the air conditioning. No breakfast but rooms were very clean. Also a security bonus. You need your room key to access the hotel floors. Also a very high up manager was super friendly on the elevator and suggested an amazing dinner spot.

Convenient to the event and dinning options. Didn't need to drive. All were walking distance from the hotel. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay. None.

Stafff was very friendly and hotel smells clean They did not have the room we reserved and was placed in a cheaper priced room. Rooms telephone did not work and could not contact vallet or the front desk. Stayed 2 night and room was not cleaned in the morning.

The bel boys were very friendly and quick to retrieve my vehicle when requested. The room was warmer than we are use to. And the therapist was broken. It had a crack on it as if someone hit it due to not working.

Great location but I would stay somewhere else The room was not as nice as others on the Riverwalk in same price range. Biggest complaint was the maid banging on door at 9am even though we had the sign up. She returned at 10:15 showing us her phone saying the room HAD to be clean at 10:30 so go now.

Location Yes, there was hair in the restroom on the toilet. The neighbors kept me up until 5 am with loud music and fighting even after security told them to lower the music. They were in hallway fighting at 4am.

The location and views were amazing! The linens and towels smelt of mildew. Parking was so expensive. The bed was not the most comfortable.

The location is great ... the rooms are very nice. Called for some toilet paper... at about 7 pm...they told me they had bring it soon Needless to say it never arrived..luckily I had friends staying there and they gave me their extra roll. I checked out the next morning.. still no tp.

Parking garage gate did not work correctly. Paying $30+ per day I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of calling on the intercom every time and giving room and name and waiting before I exited. Also the hot water was shut down from 10am-5pm one day.

Getting to stay right next to the river walk and within walking distance from the Alamo, was great!! The fact that they don't even offer one complimentary bottle of water unless you pay for it, made the experience a bit less than perfect!

The hotel pool System was down over an hour wait in the line to just sign in. No compensation for the huge inconvenience.

This is an expensive hotel and it's main advantage is that it is so close to the convention center, and downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk etc. I almost certainly would not stay here on my own dime...
