Tommy é um trunfo com certeza na recepção, assim como seus colegas de trabalho. Ao todo, foi um hotel agradável, boa localização e funcionários simpáticos ... a única coisa é que você tem que atravessar uma estrada movimentada para chegar ao calçadão e sem microondas. Mas ficaríamos aqui novamente.

All in all it was a nice hotel, good location and nice staff.. only thing is you have to cross a busy roadway to get to the boardwalk and no microwave. But we would stay here again.

That staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. This was my first time in Ocean City and location was great. Tommy is an asset for sure at the front desk as well as his coworkers. I would definitely go back again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly staff, clean rooms and location!!

Ótimo hotel em uma ótima localização perto de todos os quartos de ação eram limpos e todos os funcionários foram corteses. Eu realmente gostei do pequeno-almoço todas as manhãs antes de sair para a praia. Apenas à Negativos foram a caminhada bloco, através de uma rua movimentada, para a praia e do calçadão ea piscina descoberta foi pequeno e estranhamente concebido. Com certeza, ficaria lá novamente!

Gran hotel en una excelente ubicación cerca de toda la acción Las habitaciones estaban limpias y todo el personal fue cortés. Realmente disfruté el desayuno cada mañana antes de salir a la playa. Los únicos aspectos negativos fueron la cuadra a pie, cruzando una calle concurrida, hasta la playa y el paseo marítimo, y la piscina al aire libre era pequeña y tenía un diseño extraño. ¡Definitivamente me quedaría allí otra vez!

Great hotel in a great location near all of the action Rooms were clean and all of the staff were courteous. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning before heading out to the beach. Only slight negatives were the block walk, across a busy roadway, to the beach and boardwalk and the outdoor pool was small and oddly designed. I would definitely stay there again!

The front desk was very helpful! The rooms were clean and well equipped. Taking 1 star because the AC did not have a control and the room was damp the first time we went in it.

Love the management here and their rooms are sparking clean. Hopefully they can bring back their continental breakfast soon. Have never used their pool so can’t comment on it!!! Never seen more than an ant there! Fair pricing

O quarto de hotel que consegui era um quarto para deficientes físicos com 2 camas e sem varanda. Quando fiz meu pedido, era para uma suíte de 2 quartos, eu sei a diferença entre uma suíte e um quarto. Em cima, a geladeira era tão pequena para 4 pessoas que eu tive que gastar mais de $ 80,00 em comida e minha mãe quase desmaiou de se curvar para pegar o remédio dela na geladeira. Havia insetos mortos na janela. Insetos vivos no sofá e no travesseiro, assim como minha prima acordando com uma bandeja cheia de formigas em seu bolo funil porque não cabia na geladeira, entre eu e meu primo matamos 4 filhotes de aranha no quarto ( 2 na casa de banho e 2 no sofá). O estacionamento é acessível, mas apertado, então agora tenho que substituir meu farol, porque os carros estavam estacionados no estacionamento que nem sequer ficava no hotel. Tudo que eu recebo é "aww, desculpe ouvir isso." Aposto que a sede não vai se arrepender de ouvir! O único que foi além de seu trabalho foi o recepcionista noturno e esqueci de anotar seu nome.

Localização foi a 1 quadra do oceano ... caminhada rápida para o calçadão! Super equipe amigável, rápido para nos cumprimentar sempre que entramos no lobby. Eles foram ótimos nos dar instruções e responder perguntas. Hotel limpo com estacionamento!

La habitación de hotel que obtuve era una habitación para discapacitados de 2 dormitorios sin balcón. Cuando hice mi solicitud, era para una suite de 2 dormitorios, sé la diferencia entre una suite y una habitación. Además, el refrigerador era tan pequeño para 4 personas que tuve que gastar más de $ 80.00 en comida y mi madre casi se desmaya al agacharse para sacar su medicamento del refrigerador. Había insectos muertos en la ventana. Insectos vivos en el sofá y la almohada, así como mi prima despertando con una bandeja llena de hormigas en su pastel de embudo porque no cabía en el refrigerador, entre mi prima y yo matamos 4 arañas bebé en la habitación ( 2 en el baño y 2 en el sofá). El estacionamiento es asequible pero estrecho, así que ahora tengo que reemplazar mi faro, porque los autos estaban estacionados en el estacionamiento que ni siquiera se quedaba en el hotel. Todo lo que obtengo es "aww, lo siento, escuchar eso". ¡Apuesto a que el cuartel general no lamentará oírlo! El único que fue más allá de su trabajo fue el agente de recepción de la noche y me olvidé de su nombre.

Ubicación estaba a 1 cuadra del océano ... a pie del paseo marítimo! El personal super amable, rápido para saludarnos cada vez que entramos en el vestíbulo. Fueron geniales dándonos direcciones y respondiendo preguntas. Hotel limpio con estacionamiento!

The hotel room I got was a handicapped 2 bedrm without a balcony, When I did my request it was for a 2 bedroom suite, I know the difference between a suite and a room. On topthe refrigerator was so small for 4 ppl that I had to through away over $80.00 worth of food and my mom almost passed out from bending over to get her medicine out of the fridge. There was dead bugs in the window. Live bugs on the couch and the pillow, as well as my cousin waking up to a tray full of ants in her funnel cake because it didn’t fit in the fridge, between myself and my cousin we killed 4 baby spiders in the room (2 in the bathroom and 2 on the couch). The parking is affordable but tight so now I have to replace my head light, because cars was parked in the lot that didn’t even stay at the hotel. All I get is “aww I’m sorry hear that.” I bet headquarters won’t be sorry to hear! The only one that went above and beyond his job was the evening front desk agent and I forgot to get his name.
