They have great shuttle service but it is not necessarily close to the airport. Everything was fine, though I would say medium quality at best. I consider this a value hotel. We stayed there for a business trip. I didn’t notice any noise. Mask adherence was medium to low. I didn’t find the hotel extra clean, but also didn’t notice it being dirty. They have a bar and a snack area that is lightly available. UberEats delivered easily but I didn’t think it was walkable to anywhere.

I was booked to stay here for 3 nights and left after one. The front desk person did not greet me upon arrival and did not inform me that breakfast was $11/person when I asked where it would be in the morning. The room had paint peeling off the walls, a massive break/crack in the desk that was glued back together with silicon, somehow the carpet was sticky (yep, the carpet was sticky) and the bed was rock hard with thin linens. The online photos were very deceiving, to say the least. After deciding to stay elsewhere, I asked the front desk if it was possible to receive a refund and he was very nice and said he would do all he could on his end, but suggested I call Marriott as well (because I mistakenly booked under a non-refundable rate, which I don’t normally do and will never do again because of THIS hotel). Not only did the assistant manager in training at the front desk tell me they would try to work with me as best as they could, so did Marriott over the phone. Well, then Mui Huang (only labeled as “controller” under the email signature), emailed me a receipt that was so confusing that I asked for clarification, several times. She got very rude with me over email because I had to ask multiple times for her to explain the breakdown of charges. I have never had a Marriott employee be so rude with me, ever. I’m honestly shocked that this person works for Marriott because I’ve always had great experiences with their hotels and staff, but this person is the absolute exception. Rude and unwilling to communicate is not a trait I’m accustomed to with this company. I am assuming Mui Huang was the manager, but even that is still unclear. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Have to admit, reading all of the recent reviews we were very nervous to stay here. I even tried cancelling the reservation (park, sleep, fly Boston) but couldn’t. When we arrived the lobby was nice and the staff was very attentive. Room was clean, showed some wear and tear but expected for the price/age of the hotel. Room was clean, again some wear and tear but nothing awful. Shuttle to Logan was on time, clean and drive was very nice. We booked another stay on the night of return night.

King bed hard as a rock. Flat pillows! And you have to pay for your breakfast after spending $218 for the room. The only thing complimentary is the gross light roast coffee that tastes like tea. I gave it 2 stars because it didn't have bed bugs... yay

Had a great experience here. Victoria was at the front desk she was very friendly, helpful and informative. She greeted me as I came through the door ans assisted with my transportation. The room was very clean.
